For you guys who think the pulse aio may be a bit too big don’t forget about the Cthulhu Aio. It’s smaller than a billet box. Takes the same boro’s and aio tanks. Several aftermarket panel makers have already released some pieces. I think it might be a little more money than the pulse but it’s sure making waves in the Facebook realm.

Wish me luck for tomorrow. VWM dope list. I so hope I can hit on this one. Haven’t been this excited since the Wick’d V2 although it let me down a little. Several people in the community I trust already told me how good the dope is so fingers crossed for tomorrow.

That's the one I've had my eyes on. I also saw it's making waves on FB.

Although I run a lot of different tanks, I would say I do have a favorite and usually do have one in rotation. I just can’t imagine using the same setup with the same liquid every day.
Exactly that ^^^. I have a few favorites that are always in use. My RTA and RDA rotation is between 6-8 and sometimes more (not counting the 4 dedicated RDA's I use for testing mixes). I'm always rotating gear (RBA's and mods) in and out of my stash to use.

I commonly have about 15 setups going at any one time. Of course a few of them are usually review samples. I've been testing the Wotofo Gear V2 for a couple days and am having a hard time getting past the fact that the tank is plastic. The deck is super easy to build on but to remove the top you can only get a grip on the drip tip which is a molded part of the tank. The airflow is fixed which seems really weird to me. It's not half bad on flavor though. It's a DL tank but not super loose DL.

@Daniel Forsyth do you have a charger that can charge or discharge lipos to the correct storage voltage?
None of my chargers do that and I've got a few lipo batteries that need that treatment. Looking to buy a charger that has that feature.

I don't Mate, I've never had the need to store any lipo batteries:thumb:
If I ever had the need to store any of my lipo batteries I would plug the mod into Evolv and get an exact voltage reading for each cell.
Otherwise you can use a multimeter and make sure it's between 3.8v and 3.85v per cell:)

Certainly I'm not Mr. Daniel Good Wood! :D

I found this page on lipo batteries. It has much lipo info that might be helpful to you. https://rogershobbycenter.com/lipoguide
It's not a vaping related site but I think the lipo info is solid.

There is a section on chargers and proper storage voltage (3.8v) near the bottom of that web page.

    Good luck!

That was one of the few things that had me puzzled when I saw the v2, along with as you said - fixed airflow and drip tip stuck on. The first one broke me out of my squonaholic stage and back into using RTAs. And the only thing I didn't like about it, was how thirsty it is - other than that, it's fine.

I now have a boro tank. I just now need a bridge to put into it!

Most excited about the VV wire. 3 of my Axials are on unregulated mods. And if I can get an extra wrap from the lower resistance VV and still have it so my battery gets pulled at around 3.5-3.6v, I'll be happy.

It’s going to be an interesting review for sure. It may be my first and last review for Wotofo depending what they think of my review. Either way it’s going to be honest. I don’t know any other way.

    @Pigs and those who know:

In the Boro box arena, out of them all that's available now - which ones have sealed chips and which ones don't?

I think the Abyss is sealed and the VV Pulse AIO, but no idea about the others.
That’s a very good question and hopefully there will be more reply that’s much more knowledgeable than me. I know the authentic Billet is to an extent the sxk billet isn’t. There’s a video somewhere I watched that shows how to pull the positive pin up and silicone it like the authentic is. Most of the other high end modder have found ways around leaking damaging the board. They move the screen away and mount the chip where juice can’t get to it. I wouldn’t worry much about leaking though. You’ve been building awhile so I don’t think you’ll have any problems. At first it is a pain learning how to deal with boro’s. I dumped juice several times during the learning process. Once you learn how to get the rba or bridge in correct and know what to look for with the boro gasket you’ll be fine. I don’t know when the last time I had a leak was other than a simple design flaw with the Wick’d V2 pulling the chimney apart from the base when I was removing the drip tip. Always watch for that at first also and if you have any trouble just remove the o-ring from the bottom of the flush nut or integrated tip. Hope this helps.

I have my favorites, plural, in many vape styles. I can’t even stay in one lane, much less be monogamous with one atty/mod.

I was thinking of getting another SXK BB but I may hold out for the Cthulhu. I’d rather hear some ECF opinions than FB ones though…

I'm not sure either. I know that even though the authentic Billet with its DNA 60 is supposed to be ok, I did have a problem with a juice dump in mine abut a year ago. The board went crazy after a leak so I opened up the enclosure (had to break the BB seal ) and cleaned and dried it. It's been ok ever since.
The delro is pretty safe because the board is separated from the tank on the same horizontal plane. You'd have to make a seriously bad mess to get the board wet. It can't leak through the positive pin like BBs and some other boro mods.
Like Trucker said, it's not really something to worry about if you wick your RBAs ok.

One trick when wicking new RBAs for the first time is to not fill up your boro tank. Just put enough in to test the wicking. When you're confident, you can fill her up.
