Only con for me is that this device seem it has been designed for right hand users and I'm left handed...so it is awkward when trying to hold it.
Yeah I can see that its awkward for you. I'm back on my Billet Box and the button is perfect for right handed thumb fire people. If the button was on the right (like the Pulse) it would've confused me to.
But i'm sure its just a question of getting used to it. I see the Delro is like that...button on the right. You like that @Pigs ?

    @Javichu
You getting better with it? Got the RBA yet? Which one is it?

The Pulse AIO Kit comes with the Pulse Vessel RBA,still having my morning chamomile ( i miss coffee) but in a while i will go to my friends vape shop so he can see the Pulse AIO,he said he has a good coil he was going to gift me so we will get it setup and see how it goes.

About the taste/flavor of the RBA i am not really worried since you can just change to another boro thingy,it's the daily operation that i have to see if i can get on board with.

Refilling does seem a bit awkward, also not a fan of the rubbery tabs where the fill holes are.
Is that the only way of refilling a Boro? Have seen a video with a boro like this one:

$8.99 Ambition Mods Boro Tank - authentic / for SXK BB/Billet box mod kit at FastTech - Free Shipping

You just slide down the clear plastic down and then refill it,that does seem more appealing than the rubbery tab, guess it's just a personal thing.

Looked at pics of the Delro, well first the none replaceable battery thing, not sure i would spend that money on a device where when the battery dies i just have to chuck away.
Secondly when looking at the pic i guess it could work for people like me that are lefties but the airflow holes would still be covered by my hand unless i get use to arching my hand a bit outwards, then it could work.

Ah i'm not a huge fan of the sliding glass. Some times the o ring slides out and curls itself under the glass....very frustrating.
I think the one from the link you posted is a better quality one....Ambitious mods. I actually have that same boro tank in my cart at FT.

I just saw the button placement on the Pulse is actually the exact same as the BB....Plz ignore my comments above

    View attachment 968795

Must have got lucky with the delivery, heard so many horror stories i was afraid i would have problems but nope it all went smoothly.

Pulse AIO finally here, came in Black thou but not a big deal if and only if i like it i will get me some colored panels and whatnot.
I prefer the black....all the frosted ones look tacky IMO. Are the panels carbon fibre??

    Sorry posting again hehe

So anyway, was going to wait for tomorrow since my friend from the local vapeshop said he wanted to see it in person and he has a special coil he was going to gift me....but i grew impatient and had to set it up.

Went with the drop in coil boro and used the coil that was already installed, the 0.3 ohm (30-45w) and dang i am loving this thing.

Only con for me is that this device seem it has been designed for right hand users and I'm left handed...so it is awkward when trying to hold it.

Apart from that i am really digging it,will see how it goes tomorrow when i use the RBA Boro with a nice coil.

    Cheers
    Glad you like it :thumb:

With the Delro you tend to use your index finger, right hand with the fire button facing away from you. I do anyway. Your thumb on the front to slide the cover so that you can check the screen and juice levels. Would work the other way round if you're left-handed though :vapor:

Good evening everyone! I hope you all are having a nice day.

after more use of the LV Centaurus Solo RDA I’ve decided it’s a big fail. It’s way too noisy and there are a hundred other and better single coil rdas out there so save your $30 for something better.

And it’s curious and disappointing that the Geekvape Z RDA doesn’t come with a bf pin. Can that be true? Unless it’s just missing from the accessories baggie but it’s not listed in the contents on the box.

Who the heck sells an rda without a squonk pin nowadays? I’m just surprised at Geekvape. I have quite a few Geekvape RBAs so I’ll see if a bf pin from one of them that I’m not using will fit it. If anyone knows differently let me know.

Spent a couple of hours replacing coils and rewicking a bunch of attys today with no leaking or unexpected problems! Yaaay! Nothing better than a freshly wicked new coil in my opinion. Always brings a smile to my face

    Have a great evening :)

It took me a little while to get used to the Delro button placement. For righties, it's an easy finger fire with the screen facing towards you. With the screen facing away, it's comfortable for me with the thumb knuckle. I alternate.
Personally it's not as intuitive as the BB thumb fire but no problem. Will be interested to see what you think when yours arrives.

EDIT Just saw your post Charlie - I agree

@Javichu you don't need to throw away the delro mod when the battery finally dies (from specs I worked out roughly 880 hours at 0.5 Ohm/30W - long time.) because you can buy replacement batteries for $15 each.

It's a bit of a finicky job replacing the 2200mAh lipo battery but not too hard if you are ok on the tools. If not, your local vape shop or electronics/ hobby shop could easily do it for you.
It's definitely not as easy as an drop-in 18650 though.

Thumb (screen facing away) or finger (screen facing towards you) firing for lefties is no problem. Air holes aren't obscured.

The classic Boro tank you're talking about has a *borosilicate glass door that slides down. The term "boro" comes from the material that these little glass doors are made of.
I agree with you - I prefer them to the little rubber fill tabs, but most boro tanks with those rubbery tabs have the advantage you can re-wick without dumping any juice.

*Borosilicate glass is a type of glass that contains boron trioxide which allows for a very low coefficient of thermal expansion. This means it will not crack under extreme temperature changes like regular glass.

you are correct. It doesn’t come with a squonk pin. I couldn’t believe it either when I reviewed it.
