    Morning shinies ;)

Once he is done he hands it over,i decide to start at 30 watts and....nada,I'm like dude i need more powah not getting anything from this...but at 30 watts, coil reading at 0.59 ohms i was already at 4.20 volts.

He looks at me weird and tells me to crank it up....I'm like dude i can't do that, first mod i got from you the Swag 80w you told me never ever go over 4.20 v's

Since you're using regulated mods, ignore the voltage that you see on screen. That is just the chip buck or boosting the voltage and amperage to give you your wattage.
This shows it better than I can explain:
    Screen voltage display

And your coil resistance is not seen by your battery, only by the chip in the mod.

If it's an internal reg. mod, then your max wattage should be the max wattage the mod goes to.

If it's an external battery mod: find out the CDR of your battery here:
    18650 Battery Ratings Table | E-Cigarette Forum

Easiest way then to find your max wattage is to either use this calculator - just use the max wattage you want to go to, in the Vaping Power spot:
Battery Amp Draw / Drain Calculator - Vaping Hardware

    Or do some maths:

    1 battery
    Max wattage = CDR x3

    2 batteries
    Max wattage = (CDR x3) x 2
    etc

Apologies for the early morning geekiness

Is everyone sleeping now? Just got home from shopping with my youngest daughter. She lost her AirPods so bought some new ones and I picked up a little tv for my bedroom.
I went shopping with my daughter today also...

    Get anything fun?
Not really. I bought her one of those Cricut machines that cuts vinyl and printed stickers for Christmas and she needed a bunch of supplies for it and we got dinner... It was just nice tho.

Nothing wrong with that. The new tv I bought is taking forever to update since it’s at the farthest point away from the router. It’s on its third update. I needed to replace the old one since fiber tv is ending here and I’m going to switch to a streaming service. Google is going to give us free upgrades and WiFi hubs so I’ll put one upstairs.

I got rid of cable and satellite and only use steaming now with YouTube TV, Netflix and Prime. I love these new smart TV's

That’s funny. I’m planning on getting YouTube tv also. We already have prime, Netflix, Disney, Hulu, and discovery. My wife wanted discovery and never watches it. I think the kids do though.

I like YouTube TV mostly for the ability to record and pause. Just like a DVR

One of the guys at work has it and likes it. My wife needs something simple and has to have local channels.

There's been so many new ones lately, so @hittman is your best bet on which ones are worth buying.

My fave is the Innokin Kroma 217. It has the same hand feel and fire bar of the Kroma-R. And despite only being a smidge taller and wider, it uses 21700s. Unlike the z80 it doesn't have f0 mode. But it does have Coil+ which is the next best thing.

    Downside: it's heavy.
Here's 3 pics showing the weight of a fully loaded 217/Lethal RTA, an Ursa Quest with rba and a Cool fire z80 with a Lethal RTA:

Odin Mini DNA75C Box Dovpo, Single battery mod 21700 and DNA chipset | Le Petit Vapoteur
    Thanks Ange.....I love you!!

I have the Yihi (V1) and the Kreimhild and am aware of the others. The hadron is a poss as are most of the Le Petit Vapoteur choices....we'll see. I'm kinda iffy about tall mods which is why my Yihi is in its box. I did have it out recently but got fed up with both the weight and the coldness

    Food for thought

We have Youtube TV and love it. I like the ability to add many shows to the "Library" feature, which gives you the ability to watch anything at times that are convenient for you.

Thanks. It’s got me a little nervous switching since we’ve had cable or fiber for the last 23 years.

    Evening Shinies

Package on way from SM and 3F. I decided to ignore the EU tax included option with 3F and went for the cheapest (4.13€). They sent me and email telling me I would fall foul of the customs checks so I asked them to keep the stated value low.....which they agreed to....10€ so if I do get taxed it'll only be 2€ which is still 8€ cheaper. Just an experiment so we'll have to wait....will he or won't he...,

    ......get arrested :facepalm::tumble::facepalm:
