I wanna get a third tank so I can have 3 flavors in rotation. Lmao. Its bad cause I have extra money to spend on this stuff now, and I work hard for it so it feels rewarding. I'm just starting too, I feel like im gonna sink a lot of money into it initially, then I'll chill once I got what I feel is needed. I didn't like the last tank I got, it's a little too low wattage and I can't really taste much. Perhaps my taste buds are just bork'd.

What kind of tank do you want? Rta, Rda , drop in coils or build your own?

We've been pretty negligent when it comes to a more thorough diagnosis of Shinyitis. It presents itself in any number of ways. Without a better understanding society may never show the appropriate empathy for those afflicted with this disease. In addition, misdiagnosis could have devastating outcomes.

Here is a rough list of some of the most common subtypes:

    Shinyitis Subtypes

Alpha - likes to be the first one to have and share their score
Conservator - gets complete sets in every size and color
Easily distracted - sees something new and different, thereby needs it
Follower - sees what's hot and talked about the most and joins in
Geneticist - requires a DNA board
Hoarder - finds something they like, so they buy six
Hunter - holds out for the very best possible deal, winning some, losing some
Justified - loves existing setup, continues buying to prove nothing is better
Matchmaker - coordinating shapes, colors or pursuit of a color theme dictates their tastes
Perfectionist - continually purchasing/searching for a better vape
    Squeezer - bottom feeders only
Stealthy - acquires devices they love, immediately boxes them up, you know who you are
Watchful - unfulfilled, feeds vicariously, typically due to a lack of funds
Woody - buys all manner of stabwood devices, just because they're beautiful

Please consider this as only a jumping off point for this uncomfortable but necessary conversation.

There may never be a cure but many who deal with this on a daily basis lead otherwise normal lives.

I think I fit a few of those. I’m going to need therapy.

I actually just found and bought some ultra discounted tanks for 5$ a piece, 2 RDA and one RTA. it seems a little too much for me to fiddle with right now tho, so I prefer the commercial pop in and done coils with sub ohm tanks. I wanna give MTL a try to be more discreet, but I love the flavor and clouds of sub ohm. After seeing other people on here, I may eventually even buy another mod as well. I think itd be handy to have a back up, and also not have the hassle of switching tanks constantly for different flavors. Ultimately, I really liked the high wattage coils/tanks. This Valyrian 3 tank with single mesh is rocking for chain vaping. Doesn't burn on me like the dual mesh. The sakerz master tank also seems to take abuse, but it's a little too low wattage for my taste. What about you? What's your preference/ setup?

It starts out as an innocuous infection in the "Where can I get a..." thread, metastasizes to the "Are you done stocking up yet" thread and reaches the terminal condition in the "Shinyitis Support" thread. The few who recover from shinyitis can sometimes be found in the "members classified" thread.
