    Somewhere between here and there
The Centaurus squonk bottle has some kind of "innovative" connector between the bottle and the mod. It's like some kind of coupling connector that over time stops working. Once it stops working the bottle won't release pressure and thus won't feed the juice to the atty.

That’s what mine did. I put a pair of pliers on the knurled part and another pair on the part where the hose connected and pulled it apart. There’s a spring inside which I assume is a spring loaded check valve. I didn’t see the ball part so it must have fallen out when I pulled it apart. I’m going to start rinsing hot water through mine between fills.

That thing looked kind of fiddly to me. I like squonks that take a plain old bottle, thats about all I get to squeeze lately.:)

I am certain you could pull it off.

One of my Thelema DNA mods tipped over on the table. Didn't fall or anything but the force from tipping over was enough to rip out the 3 screws that hold the 510 connector in place. I had a large rta on it, but no way should a $100+ mod be so fragile. The screws just spin in place now making it impossible to tighten the 510. I could probably find some larger screws some where, or just immerse the damn thing in Elmer's glue and sell it on the classys for $4.

Obviously I'm a little salty with LV mods right now. My brand new Centaurus squonk mod just had it's second bottle quit working. I've only used it for a week.

Sorry to hear about your Centaurus. I haven’t had any trouble with mine. I do like the Pulse better, but it’s pretty good too.

I’ve been too busy and too broke to hang around much lately. The grandkids are crazy for the clothes I’ve been sewing, so I made them all tops for Easter, and dresses and tops for their birthdays - two were in April, one is in June, I still have to work on hers. And I’m gearing up for summer, getting supplies and getting the mower and stuff ready.
I will have the pool up and running this year - didn’t happen last year due to the fence installation, everything was a catastrophic mess out there. So the pool was a mess , the guys came yesterday and got started. Should finish up today. I really like this crew, haven’t used them before.
I sewed my first swim suit but I will need more of them. I’m looking forward to having things nice for summer but it’s already been a lot of work lol.

And I’m working on the reviews for the Cyborg and the Pyro V4. The Pyro is giving me a machine oil taste so I’ll need to soak it a few times. If I can resolve that, it’ll be fabulous. It looks simplistic in design, but everything is spot on. The air is perfect, super quiet. The flavor is great even needing a more thorough wash. Super easy to build even with 2 coils. The cap turns and comes off without a struggle.
The mod is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. I mean, I am not good at reading the dimensions in a description and picturing what they are in reality, so I am sometimes surprised. I thought it would be comparable to other 21700 mods. Nope! Look how it dwarfs the Pulse!
Really nice mod though, and the mod and RDTA pair really well.

Ye gods woman - you are a cyclone of activity and achievement. If you're not sewing swim suits or creating amazing works of art/craft, you're building fences, looking after grandkids, reviewing vape gear, playing guitar, or winning races on your ride-on mower. Is it diet or genetics? (no need to answer that)

    Morning shinies ;)

That is so cool. We were lucky enough as kids to have Mum being a sewing machine/knitting/knitting machine/spinning wiz. She loved it when she finally had grand kids to knit for too!

    Humbucker bridge pickup. You rocker!
The guitar is an old Godin Solidac I rescued. I had it gutted and redone with decent pickups, tone caps, better wiring and Schaller locking tuners. She is a player!

It's setup as an H-S-H with a LR Baggs X-Bridge piezo bridge (internal preamp). Two 1/4" outputs (electric + acoustic). I can blend in the piezo as needed (separate volume). The tremolo is blocked off, no need for it on this guitar.

I had some custom wiring done in order to select any pickup as a single or any other combination (near zero hum). The bridge humbucker is hot, so yes, it certainly is a rocker.

Next up, I'm having a wireless MIDI hexaphonic pickup system installed so I can control my rack synths (and play them) and also cntrl my sequencers.

And as you know very well, musical gear is a major rabbit hole. :D

I stuck 2.5% SSA milky caramel fudge into my ice cream combo yesterday and left it to steep. This morning I broke into it and stuck some into my Qbix rba - it is so yummy!

You're spot on that the caramel side needs a lift. But as an overall flavour, I just love it. And I'm tempted to just use it as it is. I'll do up another batch to actually steep, while I'm scoffing this one.

Isn't it grand we can indulge our sweet tooth to our hearts content and not gain a pound. I'm going to mix that recipe up for Meg though I'll have to sub the white chocolate; she loves a sweet vanilla mix.

I do however still indulge in one of the major food groups: chocolate.
