Good morning folks,
got a few parcels to pick up, best to get them before xmas.

I got a response from Vaping101 already and they are sending the adapter kit for the sxmini. Great customer service.
Glad it worked out.
They seem to work hard to be a serious player.

Nothing shiny.
I have something to sort and put in place.

I bought a board to learn how to solder, obviously enough 24awg wire, connectors I will use for tactile switches.
From StealthVape Reset Boro 510's, some copper that maybe I will use, 18650 & 21700 tube, various actuators, various 2mm magnets, and something else I forgot.

I have a little story to tell called 'The Influential Shiny Thread' but the whole story is much too long so I'll just go to the end!
Yesterday I went shopping at my local vape shop that was closing down, The vaping Fossil. My plan was to get a VA Scylla RTA because it was only $99au then 40% discount so that was just a big bargain....... and then a naughty little Elf jumped on my shoulder and said get that one too and get that one ooohh I the look of those ones get them:eek:
I've ended up with my cart a bit fuller than expecting, here's what Kevin and myself purchased and everything was already discounted then I got 40% off on top so they were all very cheap:w00t:
    VA Scylla RTA,
    VA Cyclone,
    VA Apex rda,
    VA Prodigy RDA,
    Taifun Typhoon GX,
    Niribu RTA,
    kayfun 5(2) SE and the
Squape Arise RTA and is that a sexy list or what:hubba:

Very, very sexy Mate - - - most certainly, yes!!!

Squape Arise RTA ... ... easily in my Top 3 RTA's...... of all time!!!

A naughty Elf??? LOL. I heard you sought out the opinion of this mysterious Elf.

I also saw a story on the Elf Breaking News Network (EBNN). Supposedly your naughty Elf presented you with a list longer than what you ended up purchasing.

    obviously enough 24awg wire
The DNA datasheets give recommendations on wire sizes to use. The last thing you want is to generate heat from being undersized. Especially from any connection carrying current, such as your 510 connections and battery connections. Silicone wrapped is even better for both voltage and heat.

    VA Cyclone

You will enjoy building on the Cyclone. On my first go I went with simple 26g SS316L. I did manage to fit a basic MTL clapton with some care and effort.

Here is the VA Cyclone (17mm) you gave me next to my VA Apex RDA (22mm).

Cyclone is a tiny lil bugger!!! It did take me a good minute to figure out how best to wick the Cyclone. It does deliver a very nice condensed vape. Flavorful too.

Just posted my review on the TMD Boro tank. I'm really liking it so far. I need to try a GTX coil in it still.

@Tor R what is the brand of those battery tubes and how much did they cost?

I'm very much looking forward to seeing your projects develop.
These came from Stealth Vape, their own brand and design.
The price is around £13-14 per piece.
I already had battery tubes from ModMaker UK, 18350, 18650, 21700, and from ModDog Italia.

These three brands have different outer diameters of the 21700 tube, Stealt Vape 25mm because they use m24x0.75 cap, ModMakers 24mm with m23x1 cap, ModDog 24.5 with m23x0.75cap.

They are slightly different in mounting, ModMakers need 2x m2.5 to screw the end to the mod, but they are centered.
The StealthVape is 2xm1.6 but they are not in the center of the tube.
ModDog is more for acryllic & wood mod, there is a m2 screw inside the tube to be screwed into the mod.

Left, StealthVape, middle ModDog, Right ModMaker:

Yep, that's totally true, the plan is:
    14awg to 510
    16-17awg battery
24awg to external switch. I see afterwards that I overbought a bit with 24awg since it was 120 meters lol

I work with electrical and electronic devices all day at work and have little motivation to build things at home but love to watch others do it. Can't wait to see what @Tor R makes.
