Morning shinies ;)

I did some shopping, but it's not very exciting. I ordered some Nautilus 0.3ohm and 0.7ohm coils for my Boxx bridge tank. And a lost vape UB Pro pod tank for my UB Pro RBA. I've always used this in my Ursa, but it will be good being able to stick it in a tank on any mod.

I miss Eskie too :wub:Especially how he kept @Letitia in line!
I quite enjoyed getting spanked by our Eskie.

Good afternoon folks,

not much happening in Southern Norway when it comes to gadgets, the only thing I have ordered is the SxMini VI aio, red or blue but I don't quite remember which one.
The only interest I have in the kit is to see how good it is in TC.

My Boro AIO drawing is starting to take shape, it would have been easier if the aluminum block had been bigger. It may be that I have to cnc mill the block, very small tolerances, in which case I have to find a suitable drawing program.... Years since I used Autodesk.

Something that may be interesting is that our dear Minister of Health has put forward a proposal for new tobacco regulation, everything that contains nicotine will be illegal to sell online.
And, of course, flavor ban for el cig.
The aim is that young people should not start using vape, snuff or cigarettes.
But, the .... can have one small problem, we are not allowed to sell juice with nicotine, so how can she stop a web shop from selling juice, when it is sold without nicotine?

Lost Vape Centaurus M200 Box Mod Review since some of you were wondering about it. To sum it up, this mod is a banger if you're just a regular power/wattage user.

    Also, g'morning shinyites! :w00t:

Sorry I've been MIA. Been really busy lately.

I received the Meson AIOs and the RTA, but like many of you in here, they lost their luster having spent over 3 months to get here. I may or may not get to them this weekend.

    I hope everyone's well!

I kind of experienced the same thing. I did open both and they sat a couple days before I put a dual coil build in one of them. I thought I did a good job thinning the cotton but still am getting a dry-ish hit from it. I watched a video review and the person had a similar experience and recommended a single coil so I'm going to try that next. I haven't tried the mesh yet but he commented about the mesh deck not having the spring loaded ceramic in the center and the cotton failed sooner than normal.

I've been building exclusively top airflow rebuildables recently, so I may have to try the RTA for something to do. I ran into what you had happen, but with the Abyss. It kept dry hitting with very loose wicking. And the drop in coils had the resistances jumping all over the place. Frustrating to say the least.

A mod that has resistance everywhere should be rated never buy.
There are some who have a fragile 510 patent, fortunately it is not often longer, but I would think that it is experienced more often on pods compared to the screw system we had before.

I have used one of the three Abyss mods I have every day for quite a while. What rba were you using and getting dry hits with? I use the nautilus 2s coils in mine and haven't notice any issues except if I use a coil too long then it will start to leak. That's how I know when to change the coil.

My Abyss has been in rotation since I got it in the first batch. I've had no problems with it paired with the Ether rba and various boro bridges.

I have heard stories of some people experiencing parasitic battery drain though. @DeloresRose springs to mind.
