Isn't it usually the case @PapawBrett.
Just to make things worse, orders over $39.99 qualify for free shipping.
I haven’t ordered from them but like I said, after two purchases from a new vendor then my card got hit.
That way they get you to buy TWO !
(it's called inventory reduction)
I’m not saying for sure it was due to them but it was the only new site I’ve ordered from in a long time. I ordered two kits from myvaporus.com They had a couple hard to find old kits at a great price and delivered quickly. I don’t know that there’s any way to find out how my card got compromised.Inquiring minds want to know... which Vendor. Not saying it'll happen again, but I'd prefer to avoid them all together.
Good morning, Dan.Good Morning Shiny People![]()
I never auto-draft my bills either. I pay online through my bank once a month and just always overpay so I do not have to wait for a billGood Morning gearheads.
@hittman , that sux. A few years back someone hit my account for nine straight 90 cent withdrawal. Then my bank shut it down, and I had to get another card.
This is why I won't auto draft my bills. It's tedious deal (for about 30 seconds) but I feel like I have more control over my own money that way.
Thanks FranGood morning, Dan.Have a great day.
Most of my utilities are on level pay so I know exactly what they are each month. I use the credit card to auto pay my bills because my card is through my mortgage company and they pay my rewards directly to my mortgage. I just started doing this a year or two ago and have earned 1k paid towards my mortgage in rewards. I really don’t think the auto pay stuff had anything to do with my card getting hacked. I think they were running a program that tries different numbers until it hits one.I never auto-draft my bills either. I'm sure it's hard for the site to track down anything because it's likely difficult for people who used a link from their site to pinpoint where their fraudulent charges are coming from, much less report it back to the site. For the site, all they see is a good deal, so unless they're also making purchases from the sites that they're linking deals to, which I'm sure they aren't, they'd have no way of knowing peoples' information is being hijacked. Thanks for letting me know that. I guess they don’t vet the sites they advertise for. I may try that privacy site you mentioned. Do they charge a fee?
Honestly, I've never been impressed with any steam crave RTA/RDTAs in terms of flavor output. I think their deck/chamber size is far too large to get a good ratio of flavor to air mixture, and the only way to fix that is to use honking coils to fill that space. Not particularly fond of that. Try larger ID coils or go with the mesh if you're looking for better flavor output. While not cheap ordering directly from QP has always been a positive experience for me.
Good evening Shiny's
Been using the sc meson rta a couple days and not particularly impressed. Had to wide space my coil and the top cap screws the same direction as the 510, just plain annoying. Flavor is good but no better than any of my other top air rtas.
The meson will assuredly get benched, I'm not really interested in playing around with it. I have rtas easier to build that don't have annoying threaded top caps that I enjoy using and have already been dialed in for my preferences. That being said looking forward to playing with the Blaze solo when they get here.Honestly, I've never been impressed with any stream crave RTA/RDTAs in terms of flavor output. The main reason I went for the Meson was because it's top airflow. I'm done worrying about tanks leaking all over my mods - I'd rather sacrifice a tiny bit of flavor for that comfort.
I'll try regular coils first, then the mesh. If it requires too much fiddling, I may bench it as well simply because I wasn't expecting a whole lot from it to begin with. The meson will assuredly get benched, I'm not really interested in playing around with it.
