Each of you could put the rdas on a bottle and have someone throw it in the ocean.

Hello Shiny's
My poor Gracie is miserable wearing a cone; if I don't put the cone on she licks off her flea treatment. Cone will stay on for a couple days except when eating, breaks my heart making her wear it.
Oh no poor sweetie. Cats seem to do worse with it on. When Haley my 8 lb yorkie had surgery and was having a terrible time with the plastic cone. I ended up buying a puppy or infant sized blow up neck roll with Velcro strips to keep it place. Not too sure about leaving it on when I wasn’t home or overnight. But it looked very comfortable and she didn’t seem to mind since her field of vision had increased. I highly recommend them.

good luck Lucy Pics please.

Good evening shiny people. I’m glad the work week is over. I came home to more review samples today. I’m suddenly behind on reviews again.
I don't know how you manage it. It's great for us to have a reviewer we can trust but maybe you should take a break soon to re-charge your batteries.

I have cut back on how many I do. I don’t review for as many companies as I used to. The end of the year is always a busy time for reviews for some reason.

    good morning folks,
i picked up a bunch of defective mods from the local shop, hoping i could mix monitors, unfortunately it wasn't that easy lol luckily my bin is big enough.
It was a Lost Vape Grus that I might try to get a dna 100 chipset in, just for the sake of the experiment.
First I need to buy some flux, Weller or Stannol seems to be easy to get here, Brass shavings for cleaning the solder tip, and some other little things to soak up the solder.
LA Grus is a warm-up for what is to come.

We, in my circle of rescue friends, use these. Amazon has them. Look for soft medical cone for cats

I prefer to use a vest on the dogs and not the cone, vest that they wear after surgery.
However, it depends on what you want to protect your cat, the vest is much more comfortable compared to the cone.

    Hello Shiny's
My Gracie has finally caught on that she only has to wear the cone when she tries to lick off her treatment! Her head is so tiny she can get out of the cone once she finds a good spot to get it stuck in; woke up the next morning & she had slipped out of the cone and didn't lick off her treatment. I do suspect the kids may need another dab though since their necks were too clean the next morning. I'm guessing that has more to do with Gracie.

I don't remember and am too lazy to look back: was this a flea treatment, @Letitia? If so, which one?
This time I used Front Line; go back & forth between it and Advantage couple times a year. Honestly the fleas seem pretty immune to most flea treatments the last couple years. Tried the sevesto (sp?) collars but I just hate collars on my animals period; have always used harnesses outside & naked inside. The collars did work well from the hips to head, not so much for rear & legs. Gracie & Pretty go in next month for spay/neuter and I'm going to talk to the vet about newer flea treatment options.

I was researching what to get yesterday (went with Frontline Gold), and all the review sites said Revolution is the best, but it's by prescription, so it wasn't an option for my ladies.

If it needs a script it likely has heartworm prevention in it. Those will always need a script in the USA. Our problem here in Southern IL is our climate, very seldom gets a hard freeze & lots of leaf piles for the fleas to stay warmer under. Unfortunately many winters I need to use flea control year round.

First I need to buy some flux
Are you not planning to use the solder infused with 2% flux? After I saw that video that Analog Dan made (thanks @ShamrockPat ) I asked a friend/colleague about it. This guy is an electronics tech and has been soldering every day at work for the past 40 years. He says that since the introduction of the solder/flux mix, he only ever uses separate flux to dip his brass wick in for de-soldering,

I fear that Down East Maine is going to be in the same boat before too long. I hope I'm wrong. Or at least dead before it happens.

I have myself a new Custom mod underway!!! This one I'm getting is, I hope everyone is sitting down, Not a Good Wood one:w00t: :w00t: No I haven't gone mad or gone off the wood! I've been meaning to get myself a mod with a nice wrap for a while now so I have been working with our designer at JDMods to come up with a final image for my mod. I knew exactly what I wanted so it was a reasonably easy process! I now have a mod designed up with pictures of my two nieces on it, this one will be the best ever:wub:
Now it's off for a visit to Nate Phillips, who used to make Nasy Mods and is now wrapping our mods at JDMods, to be all wrapped around the new mod.
This mod will be smallest edition in my cabinet coming in at only 83.5mm high it's name is The Nub:thumb:
How small? Here's another previously made!
