I think he said in one of the vlog videos that Jacek didn't send Monarchy products to him anymore, only GrimmGreen and vaping Bogan got new Monarchy products for testing.

Probably some sort of marketing agreement. Bogan/Suicide Mods/Mnch. Seems a pity that Todd doesn't get those products to honestly review - no skin in the game I spose.
After Ange posted her photo of the Mobb MS deck, Todd's was the first channel I went to for a review to check it out. No review.
