Have a peak at this and let me know what you you think! A nice little Italian made tank, the Nibiru RTA Nibiru RTA | ModForge
I know of a great vape shop that has one on sale :w00t: they also have quite a few Asmodus mods in stock too!!!
I'm purposely staying away from the High-End Mods. Not that I would not like to have 1+1=2+1=3=rinse/repeat. I cannot afford to get involved. Doritos are downfalls for me.

Morning shinies ;)

Vapemail!!!

It stayed like this for only 2 minutes until it got aquonkafied. First impressions - love the small size and love the Stubby chip. It's one of the few squonk mods I can fire and squonk without moving my hand - big bonus.

I haven’t even used the one I bought awhile ago. How’s the hand feel? I wasn’t exactly loving it. The cut outs on the one side feels slightly annoying but hopefully I’ll just get used to it.

Together again and working, on the day I change the chipset, the whole process hardly takes more than half an hour.
The Thelema Solo was incredibly cleverly built from Lost Vape.
Now I'm going to make coffee, I'm also going to look for a small atty screw hahaha

Good morning shinies !

We’ll see where it goes:

I might put it together and use it for a few months, a bit unnecessary to switch to DNA without having used the mod at all.
The hobbiest in you shows.

Back when I was into my R/C hobby, scratch-build/hand-made was a huge lure for me. My last was building the cockpit of a Cessna 182 in scale proportions. When finished, it was rewarding to see my efforts, the level of detail I'd done to that model.

The reward, however, did not stick around. While in flight, frequency interference caused loss of control. The model went straight into the mud of a corn field.

Shiznit.

I'm curious why you say it's incredibly cleverly built. It looks nice and clean from the first photo- compact and well made.
Did you swap out the quest chip for a dna?

I am going to replace the Quest chip for the DNA 100C, I was surprised how easy it was to strip down to the fact that the chipset could have been replaced.
Philips P0 and Torx TX4 are the tools needed.
Under the 510 there are two screws that hold the frame in place, the rest of the screws are completely obvious.
Next time though, it won't come together again with the Quest chipset.

Does anyone know what the max Ic rating for a fire switch on a typical unregulated 18650 mod? I really like the old wasp nano bf mod, but the fire switch in one of mine needs replacement. I think I'll see if my son can do it, he likes soldering stuff and his hands are steady. The switch they used was always kind of weak, needs more click to it.

I wish the Lost Vape Therion was as easy to work on. They are a nightmare to disassemble. Beautiful mods but not user-serviceable.

I cheated as the Empire actually has an Axial on it. But the Bunker looked more Vader-like.

I actually love the handfeel, but I know it's such a personal preference thing. The button is in the right place and it's easy to fire and squonk without moving my hand.

The only thing I wish they'd done differently is the bottle fill port. And I knew about that before I bought it. You've got to undo and pull out the screw to get to the port. A metal sliding door or a rubber plug would've been much better.

If I have to complain about Thelema Solo, it is the adaptation of the battery cover, which is very wobbly, and the magnets seem to be of the weak variety.
Inside, it was very reasonable in absolutely everything.

It probably won't be many days before I insert the DNA 100C, knowing my own patience lol
