I'm hoping you can help me with a small problem I have with my Good Wood @Pigs I'm wondering what is good to use clean the dna board with? I was thinking isopropyl alcohol but I'm not 100% sure that's why I thought I'd ask the Shiny Master mod Maker!!

I make my own mixture of equal parts CLR, Muriatic Acid, and ordinary household bleach.

Actually I never dared use anything except a cotton bud. I'm looking forward to hearing from the expert.

Thanks to everyone who sent prayers or healing vibes to my brother. He passed away this afternoon in his home with his family gathered around him. The hospice team was great and kept him very comfortable.

I'm so sorry, Sara. I'm glad he could die at home.

Ten years later, I still can't believe my sister is gone.

18 years for my brother. No one knows us like our siblings do. It is hard.

I use isopropyl alcohol on a cotton bud. Nice and slow, getting into all the corners and contacts.
There are various contact cleaners you can buy too - for my mechs (not so much pcbs), after cleaning with iso, I apply a little De-oxit Red, clean that off then dab on a little Deoxit Gold.

Does the Deoxit work on aluminium? My mechs are Silver Bullets which are made of that.

I use isopropyl on everything from my camera lens to mod contacts to electronic boards. But I like the look of deoxit for my mechs.

Good afternoon shinies,

I couldn't help myself and did a bit of shopping at Easter, not very much though.
2 boro tanks from Protocol, some AliExpress - Pico monitors and the start of BB III.
A Norwegian shop so I can use up two packs of coils I bought a long time ago, time to find out if the Freemax Fireluke 22 coils are that good.

Today we cut firewood, with the help of two neighbours, I can safely say that the body, from the toes to the neck, has sore muscles lol

Not sure Mick. I did some searching after your post but didn't find anything definitive
