It's just a type of thick plastic with a quick clip that we buy that we place over the house wood that is left to dry outside. What are pressings and what do they do?
One of the things I enjoy most about this forum is glimpses of other people's lives - how similar and also how different we are.Shopping lists are made for summer and autumn, I know what I want and will stick to the lists and not buy anything else.

I shop based on seasonally available produce and what's on special in any given week. No two the same. Living in a big city makes this possible I suppose although the weak points of this lifestyle were exposed during the empty shelves and shortages of the COVID days
Also I can't imagine having the discipline to make lists for months in the future and stick to them!
Oh for some reason I thought you were talking about food/supplies.My lists are really simple, it's roughly divided into 5.
Lessons from the Steampipes fiasco have been learned, so there will be 3 lists from it.
I'm going to buy air pin kits for Cocoon (the atty I want but don't have) I also forgot to buy air pin kits for my two Cabeo Editions when I bought the two, so that will be the first list.
List two is Cocoon.
List three are accessories for my atty favorites, which I will buy on Black Friday.
4 and 5 list is more uncertain, it is SvoeMesto and Dicodes, but in that case it is a Black Friday sale
Hardly clone before batch 1 arrives, which is 2,500 units, first where the Chinese have a chance to buy one copy they can clone.Oh for some reason I thought you were talking about food/supplies.
The Cocoon certainly looks interesting. I'd be surprised if the cloners don't have their versions out pretty soon.
Not always true Tor. There are plenty of examples going back years where the cloners release at almost the same time as the authentic.Hardly clone before batch 1 arrives, which is 2,500 units, first where the Chinese have a chance to buy one copy they can clone.
I think in the cases where the clones come out at the same time, it is because the machine work is done in China, and the cad drawings are forwarded to "friends".Not always true Tor. There are plenty of examples going back years where the cloners release at almost the same time as the authentic.
The CAD files are the source of course - nothing as clumsy as copying a physical piece.
Some say the original designers benefit (reputation- wise and financially) from the wide market that the Chinese clones reach - as long as the clones are accurate.
Someone said years ago that some clones were made on the same machines in the same factory as the originals. Maybe with small differences like a slightly different color of metal. The manufacturers knew they would only be able to sell a certain number as high price originals. They would adjust the numbers sold as originals and clones to maximise their sales and profits. Like, clones would get the design out there and popular, creating a demand for originals.I think in the cases where the clones come out at the same time, it is because the machine work is done in China, and the cad drawings are forwarded to "friends".
Whatever other idiots say about the Chinese, they have a whole bunch of top notch machinery, not at all inferior to western equipment.
I might have to get one of those. I’m not sure who’s selling them right now besides dotmod.Morning shinies
Meet the dotbox 100. And I absolutely love it. I've only had half a day with it, but in terms of handfeel it's brilliant. Its dimensions are tiny for a 21700 mod, especially with the IP67 rating. The chip has so many options to play with - in wattage mode without any boost it's hitting on par and fires damn fast. I'm definitely going to need another one or two.
My matchymatchyness isn't on par today.
