Is anyone else having trouble finding this Shinyitis Support Group thread? On my iPad and iPhone it’s nowhere to be found. Normally it’s at the top of the threads. Now I have to go into my Notifications and find one that is from our Shiny Group and access the thread from there.

Very odd.

    Morning shinies ;)

Did someone say they wanted to see cats? I was out in a very rural trailer park trapping cats for spay/neuter surgery and ran across these two little babies. Only about 5 weeks old and in need of help. So of course I brought them home. Sickly, with upper respiratory infections, a really bad case of worms and covered in fleas. 10 days later and they have been de-flea'd, de-wormed and anti-biotics and are doing great. For the first week they were very scared of me. It took a little time and now they come to me and purr when I pick them up. Next week first vaccines and two weeks after that a visit to the vet for spay, neuter and then off to adoptions. They will be let out of the cage after their vaccines and I am sure they are 100% potty trained. lol

So cute and you do such an amazing job.

No issues on a Windows machine - but then again I "follow" the thread so get a notice of new posts, and just go to "watched threads" to jump in here.
    It's probably user error I say :w00t: don't tell Sara I said that:rolleyes:

Vape Mail arrived today! What fun!

It included the Damn Vape Mongrel RDA in black and the Wotofo Nudge 24 RDA in stainless Steel. Both are single coil attys.

I got the Nudge at Element for $10. When they first came out it was one of my favorite RDAs. Not sure why I stopped using them. And to my surprise I didn’t even know that the Nudge not only comes in 22mm but also a 24mm version! I can’t wait to get it built and take it for a ride!

The mongrel was super easy to build and I’m enjoying the vape.

    You got me reminiscing @Fidola13
I've still got a couple of the 24mm (aluminium top cap) Nudge rdas from when they first came out.
Wotofo made so many attys back then - often collaborations. Some pretty decent ones and good quality/affordable.
The Serpent Elevate RTA, the Troll RTA, and of course the Recurve RDA spring to mind. Still in my cupboard. The Sapor RTA was a favourite of mine for a while too but probably not up to today's standards.
The packaging was cool, with colourful, artistic designs. I liked it better when the boxes were all cardboard before they started adding plastic windows like with the Recurve.

Funny you should say that. I always thought it was just me. Those plastic windows just look a bit tacky. Or maybe it was growing up when plastic tech was newish and they probably couldn't make transparent plastic that was strong enough. There's something about a good substantial cardboard box.

Yes! And there's something nice about the box and the art on it having its own intrinsic value as opposed to just being an obvious promotional vehicle for the product and the company. It's a more subtle way of boosting the product's reputation imo. Less tacky as you said (looking and feeling )
I'll dig some out of the cupboard and post a photo or two for comparison.

Yeah those darn plastic windows always fall off eventually. I forgot how screwy the build deck on the nudge 24 was. I need to find some 2.5 id coils to fit in comfortably. Even the coils that are included are 3mm id and too large to get in there without them touching some part of the build deck. The Nudge 22 was MUCH easier to build.

You’re fresh Daniel! lol! But seriously I can only get to this Shiny thread if I go to my notifications and find one from this thread and jump in from there. I’m using an iOS system. Very strange lol! Maybe I’ll log out then back on again.

Good evening everyone! I hope everyone had a good Monday.

Tried to build the nudge 24 but it didn’t go well. I need smaller id coils that I’ll dig out tomorrow. I know how much I loved them when they first came out so I’m determined to get it built.

I have a BIG bag of assorted 810 drip tips most have never been used. I got them all when I was experimenting with different size and shape drip tips but I know what I like and that’s a wide bore somewhat short 810. Like the ones that come with the dead rabbits. I think they’re called goon style.

Anyways if anyone wants a baggie full of 810s let me know. They’re all yours for the price of shipping. Just DM me. It’s dumb to just keep them and I don’t want to throw them away. I’ll see if I have any 510s but I doubt it. I went straight to 810s right from the get go.

Actually the nudge 24 is a dual coil. The nudge 22 is a single coil. Sorry about that.

Thank you for doing all you can for those cats!
