Good morning Shiny's
They came out as a single 20700 mod (or 18650 with an adaptor) but here's a hack you can do to make them 21700 compatible. I did it to one of mine because I liked the Ohm's Law sums better.Glad to hear that. Between a couple people talking about voltage drop (IIRC) and me questioning the durability of the plastic, I almost passed.
In the end shiny logic won out, so of course I bought 2 of them
Thank you. Even more excited for when they arrive now.

The older I get, the more I hate wintertime... Snow hasn't hit here yet but it's not far off

Nice, that looks surprisingly quick and easy. Thank you for letting me know.
same here in Georgia. I can leave the A/C house and get to my car and blast the A/C but as far as spending any time outside in the summer here and humidity, forget it. I do not mind the cold because it is never too cold for my daily winter uniform of shorts and a sweatshirt jacketWhile too far to either extreme is no fun, it's summer heat and humidity that wipes me out. Whole house A/C in the Pacific Northwest is pretty much like the dodo, and in the winter I can always "layer up" for that - or, being retired, just not go out![]()
I suppose the reason I hate it so much is that I heat with firewood and it's a pain to constantly go out in the cold and get wood. It's not too much fun cutting and hauling firewood either. One day I may have to get an alternative heating source in here, but I have been using firewood for lots of years. Yeah, I don't like it when it's too hot either. If you think about it, 1/2 of each year is extremely cold or extremely hot and the other half of the year is either fall or spring in which the temps are not too cold or too hot. So, basically, I only like the temps for about half the year. I suppose I am picky. While too far to either extreme is no fun, it's summer heat and humidity that wipes me out. Not everywhere. Plenty of us members live in places that never get to one or the other extreme. If you think about it, 1/2 of each year is extremely cold or extremely hot and the other half of the year is either fall or spring in which the temps are not too cold or too hot.
Of course not everywhere.... I am not talking about the equator but rather my own area here in PA... Fairly cold in the winter and humid and hot during the summer. I only like about 6 months out of the year. The rest of it is too extreme for this old man ..... I am a transplant out east here. I grew up in Northwestern Montana where it would sometimes get to -60 below zero during the winters. Brutal Cold! The cold didn't bother me too much when I was younger but it sure does now.... It does not get near as cold here in PA as Montana but I have seen it down to -30 here, which is bad enough. Most older folks I know cannot handle the cold like they did when they were younger. I guess I also fall into that category. Not everywhere. Plenty of us members live in places that never get to one or the other extreme.
