Of course not everywhere.... I am not talking about the equator but rather my own area here in PA... Fairly cold in the winter and humid and hot during the summer. I only like about 6 months out of the year. The rest of it is too extreme for this old man ..... I am a transplant out east here. I grew up in Northwestern Montana where it would sometimes get to -60 below zero during the winters. Brutal Cold! The cold didn't bother me too much when I was younger but it sure does now.... It does not get near as cold here in PA as Montana but I have seen it down to -30 here, which is bad enough. Most older folks I know cannot handle the cold like they did when they were younger. I guess I also fall into that category.

We don't experience extreme cold where I live (2, 340 miles south of the equator) but as @Zazie mentioned, it gets bloody hot here at times. The older I get, the more I suffer in the heat and humidity. I love the Sydney winters which are very mild - common daily temps from 8 to 20 degrees C.

I've been having a peek at sourcemore and noticed that the lovely Brunhilde MTL rta has dropped even further down in price and is only $17.34 do I need another one that's the $17 question?
And at this price I think it's time that you finally bite the bullet and purchase a real tank @Pigs You are being redirected...

I love the cold much much more than the hot. But thankfully it doesn't get too hot down here, or my Alieno would melt.

NO, don't let your alien melt! Yep, some folks do prefer the cold ... Not me as I had a life full of living in it.... On the other hand, I don't like hot humidity either... In the Western USA all of the States are dry and have no humidity... I never knew what humidity was until I moved to the Eastern USA.... I prefer the DRY heat. The first couple of years out here about killed me off as humidity feels lots hotter than dry heat. The States south of me have even more humidity than here. I don't think I could handle that too well.

MTL brunhilde is a good rdta. I still throw a build on it occasionally. I was pleasantly surprised at how flexible the af is.
