I've had it happen a few times, mostly when they arrived through Chicago. I suspect the delay wasn't actually in Customs but in the facility they are sent to by Customs. They also have a habit of leaving Chicago and heading for random locations a long way from where I live, which is quite close to Chicago.

New law in Illinois about shipping vapes. Not sure if affects the Chicago hub.
New legislation led by Illinois State Sen. Meg Loughran Cappel (D-Shorewood) that prohibits e-cigarettes from being shipped to Illinois also goes in effect Jan. 1.

I'm getting an r7 for birds n stuff. I have a 35mm format, but a 1.6x crop is better for wildlife if you don't have 12 grand for a big white. lol
