    There is a way.

Edit to note: I deleted the details so this character remains unaware.
I figured there was. I’m not an IT person but thought it was possible.

More rain this morning which I’m fine with. Just resting so far after yesterday’s bday party for the wife. I’m going to attempt to get in a walk on the treadmill if my sciatica doesn’t interfere too much.

Sciatica is horrid, isn't it? One of the most painful nerve problems to have. Hope yours dissipates. I struggled for about 2 years or more on a daily basis, and, then, one day, it just left. I was stunned. Have only been hit with it one or 2 times since, and it didn't stay. I hope the latter happens for you. :)

I hope it doesn’t last as long as yours. However, I’ve been having trouble on and off for a while but just recently got a diagnosis and start PT in July.

Sciatica loves me too. I hope the PT sorts it out for you

PT did not help my Sciatica. Had Sciatica off and on for years. Tried PT twice. No help.

What eventually helped was radiofrequency ablation. The DR burns the ends of the nerves causing the problems. I had four nerves burnt because I have herniated and degenerative disc too.
I had to fight (like a dog) to get insurance to pay for four because they initially authorized only two.

GAME CHANGER. I no longer walk stooped over. I can bend at the waist easily.

I had this done before my second round of chemo since I knew I would be spending lots of time in the chemo chair

Did a mixathon earlier. WF boys & rasp is fast becoming my most favourite flavour.
I haven’t used that one in a while. What are you making with it?
