Good morning shinies,

not much has happened, mostly been working with firewood, clearing brushes in the forest.

Haven't bought any gadgets either, we have an e-cig ban on all imports to us private customers. Working on the case, the doctor refuses to write a medical certificate that I use e-cigs to quit smoking, which is the only option I have to import, so I have also written to the Ministry of Health...

Good morning Shiny's
Thank you very much,

I am expecting three mods from the local vape shop this week, since I plan to mount Evolv dna 60 & dna 60C in them, I am getting a little busy with them. One of them I will remove the black on the top and bottom plate.

I have not given up on the public nonsense, if I get a negative answer from the health directorate, the next letter will be to the health ministry.

The funniest thing about the laws that came is that those they want to protect are now buying disposables from drug sellers, now the sellers are collecting vape debt instead of drug debt!

I did find some details on the new Indiana vape law. It is actually aimed at e-liquid. And it's based on something called the federal foreign adversary list. Any liquid from countries on that list is banned, including products that contain those liquids, like disposables.

I don't think there is a lot of e-liquid from China on sale except for in disposables. Definitely none from Cuba or North Korea. China will probably dodge around the problem by routing stuff through Vietnam or other proxies. And I really doubt all the gas stations in Indiana are going to throw all their disposables in the trash.

Half-assed bans like this tend not to have much effect except to boost the black market. It's more like political posturing. Every State neighboring Indiana has legalised pot so there's a constant stream of hoosiers heading over the border to Ohio or Illinois for their gummies. Soon they will be joined by kids heading out to pick up disposables. Grab a few thousand disposables and sell them to your schoolmates for a nice profit.
