yes, remember to let nic thaw before attempting to measure it.. if you measure it cold you are drawing up more than you realise.. only time i made that mistake i meant to make 30ml/mg final product. ended up with 40ml/36mg.

congrats on getting the V1 R91. i still havent built my russian yet. enjoying the aqua i have that was pre-built. and using some of my protank heads that i bought dirt cheap. had 2 bad heads in a 5 pack. one still tastes a little off after tinkering with it, and doesnt have the vapor production i want from it. might just put it in the rebuild pile. grr. or its the liquid is acting up.

girlfriend got home from work an hour and a half late. co worker has stopped her anti-depression meds cold turkey again (no clue why she does this) and was freaking out at work and highly upset. called managment to let her go home early after spending an hour and a half talking to supervisor crying. girlfriend was already at max capacity for work, and had the stay over to cover the other girls work. grr. so my essay will be written tomorrow. maybe. sunday at the latest. will have several people at grandmothers house who are all good paper writers to help and proof read/give ideas.

Good to hear the meds are giving you a little relief. Try and get some sleep. Easier said than done sometimes.

I got myself all excited tonight what with the R91 and then I found a Serenity Gear Leather sleeve for the provari so got that and it shipped already and then the PM about the DIY juice making class so my cup is running over today.

The excitement has finally worn me out and I am ready to crash. Good night. We seem to be like ships passing in the night. Sooner or later we will chat.

That tip on letting the nic thaw is a big help Top. I did not know that. I am down to 12mg now and if I made juice at 18mg or above to go in my Russian it would probably blow my head off. lol

Sounds like you will have a plethora of help this weekend. Just make sure you get it done. Hard to do when you are in Holiday mode. Grab that help while the getting is good.

Just got back from a easter egg hunt. Me (6'2 200# guy) and child both about git trampled by parents rushing the area to "help" thier kid find eggs. My child got 10 eggs. Sat down to open them at egg number 6. He won a free pass to city swimming pool, kids pizza and some candy.

Saw a vaper friend and got to try the flip mech. Kinda like it. He said some of his coworkers (pepsico quaker maintenance people paid well) are thinking of opening a vape shop carrying more advanced egis stuff. And maybe starting a local vape meet. I was told to prepare diy liquid for when it will happen. I gotta stop having friends try my work in progress flavors. Lol.

Soo tired. Only got 2 hours of sleep. Child has a cold and bad sinus drain causing excessive coughing at night and gaging from coughing too hard. Poor guy. Daddy slept less than child.

I got my MVP today! It is so pretty, already have my 3 favorite juices in tanks and have been using it for every other time I want to smoke. Let's hope that in a week I can cut way back from the pack a day I have been smoking.

So I have a couple evods (that sometimes leak), 2 original protanks, 3 mini vivi's, and the iclear 16b that came with the MVP. I do prefer the protanks to the other tanks I have, but not sure if I want to get the protank mini 2 or something else. Oh the tanks I have are shared with my DuH.

am with you, I am down to half a pack a day sometimes 6 cigs a day sometimes more there are a few times that i know are triggers and I have tried numerous things to get over it but am stuck with my security blanket as Aik says.
I love my pro tanks. They are the only ones that seem to not leaks on me... UGH! BUt I have started to switch to more tobacco flavored juice and that seems to help a bit.. sometimes I smoke half a cigarette & vape after....

Currently I am using the protank for my coffee cake and the iclear30 for my cranberry juice. No problems with either. I have a big box with tanks and matching attys that just sit there.

I have one of those $10 Kohls cards that I have to use or lose today. I really do not need anything. But DH broke a decent pair of brand new scissors that I keep in a kitchen drawer for cutting open bags and opening packages. No clue how you break the handle hole you put your fingers in, but he did it.

So a $10 Kohls card and I need a pair of scissors. Sounds like a good excuse to shop. See you all later.

Ive broken a few of them. They are normally moulded for a right handed person. Im left handed. Pressure in the wrong spot and it just snaps

Back from Kohls. Scored! Found 2 pair of lightweight soft cotton PJs for when I go to Seattle at some point in the future. And a great zip up sweater; I am always cold. Ooh, oh. I forgot to look for scissors.

I hear ya on that but the rebuildables just aren't there yet for me. I vape too many tank crackers for even pmma tanks. I hate not seeing juice level and there isn't a shot in h*ll I'm going to be able to drip anytime soon. The game changer for me was the aero base for protank. It fixes all the protank2 problems, making them a dream. The coils are cheap ($0.80) in a co-op and they go through half the liquid a dual uses. They seem to be lasting forever (no chrome rubbing off).

I think this next couple of evolutions will result in something more lasting. I'm excited about the stainless. Not about the coils. But we'll see. The PT2's with aerobase are really good enough to last a long time (that also includes puritanks, davide' since they accept aerobases too).

I don't like the merry go round either or keeping track of tons of coils. The pt2's aren't going anywhere anytime soon. Neither are the evods for that reason.

Oh, but I can make the decision worse. I just look at my feed and saw comments about the Kayfun+V4 being out soon. I don't know anything else.

Meanwhile I got an urgent email from Velvet Cloud about the Calif. online sales ban. That really worries me since a good share ot the companies I deal with are in California. Actually, pretty frecked by it.

Did I miss the online sales ban thing? Been working my tail off and its finally starting to pay off... thank god.

What are you using for equipment? Have you found an all day vape? Do you use Snus? I hear that helps some.

We regularly discuss the issues we're having and provide information and support to each other and any newcomers. In the process we've built friendships and chat about other things too. We welcome any and all who are struggling or just need to know they're not alone.

I know that I would still be smoking if not for the support and encouragement I received from the people in this thread. If you're trying to quit smoking or just be accepted as a dual user without judgements, this is the place to be. Go back to around post #43 and read a few pages to get an idea of what we're about. I hope you stick around and get to know the best group of people on ECF.

I didn't see anything wrong with your post, Shari. I was just trying to explain why someone could read a lot of pages here and not see any mention of smoking. We certainly can't talk about it all the time, but we surely do when the need arises. If that was all we talked about it would get boring and we would eventually all lose contact with each other. I'd hate to see that happen.
