Cowbooger, do you dry burn your coils? Cleaning and dry burning the gunk off the coils helps them last longer and taste better. I forgot what kind of topper you use, but my Protank coils last for many weeks doing this.

I use so cheap b&m brand. I only tried to clean it once....and broke it lol. It's called an aspire bdc but it's not the one that comes up with Google search. Go figure

That's unfortunate. When I dry burn my coils they work and taste like new. Have you tried dry burning with a much lower voltage? It takes longer, but is less likely to pop the coils. I've had coils last me well over a month.

I haven't yet. I will try that tom ! This coil is only a few days old but already catching the sugar. I like zeus but it seems they use suraclose or whatever Lol and it gunks my coils quick

Aspire has at least 5-6 different products going right now, the least expensive, is a bottom coil clear tube that comes in colors, that is the type I have now. I only soak mine is vodka overnight, rinse well and let dry, refill, I do not dry burn and mine last a long time as well. I am afraid to pop the coil. the most important thing is to clean them whichever way you choose, once per week.

It's a step up from a generic ce5. BDC is bottom dual coil, bottom fed and dual coil. I got a few of them but prefer the iclear16 because they just work better for me. It's the same general shape, about the same price but 2.3 ohm coils instead of the Aspire 1.8 ohm coils
To clean mine I just get a bowl of very warm water (some suggest vodka) , put the whole thing in it, let it sit a couple minutes, take it out and steep it like a tea bag a bunch of times. Remove and shake excess water out. I then let it dry for a couple of hours, removing the inhale tip, put it back on, do a dry burn by treating it as if it has juice for a couple of puffs, then remove it, fill it with juice, put the inhale tip back on, roll it around on its side for about a minute then put it back on the battery and do a draw without touching the battery button to do what they told me in the shop would help prime the wicks. I like to keep my setups on their side so using wicked clearomizers works just fine for me. Being on their side helps keep the wicks soaked and when vaping it helps keep them soaked by holding it horizontally, like a cigarette, instead of vertically, like a ..... By vaping like a cigarette I can get just about every drop caped before needing to refill without getting the yuk taste of dry hits.
Hope that helps.

For any newcomers, here's my history. Sort of a "Reader's Digest" of my time on ECF, which started on March 31. Quitting with vaping was easy, or so I thought. I apologize for the length, but it's been a long haul for me.

I started vaping at the end of March last year. Since then, it has been a struggle:

First I thought it was a depression/chemical imbalance thing that I kept really NEEDING to smoke.

4/15/13 :
I'm really glad someone posted a link to this thread...it's really awesome to see how much we have in common.

I'm totally new, but I was one of those "instant quitters by accident" stories. Didn't want to quit but thought if e-cigs were a decent alternative I might cut down some (or maybe quit depending).

When I got my non-disposable e-cig was when I had my last cigarette for 2 weeks. For someone not wanting to quit, to quit so easily was mind blowing. The first week was a little tough but nothing I couldnt' get through. Once I hit the two week mark I figured it would get easier. But over the weekend, just before bed, I started getting insane cravings to have a smoke. Last night (on the 3rd night) I gave in. I had 1/2 a cigarette, it tasted awful but was so relaxing!.

I tell myself I'm not going to beat myself up over it, but it still makes me feel a little like a loser that I couldn't just get over it. I"m back to vaping and I guess I"ll just take it as it comes.

Thank you for offering this great forum for support and community!

I was able to get a handle on it for a while, then some major stress affected my ability to keep off them:

5/12/13:
I had totally forgotten about this thread until I noticed a couple likes from here...it's sort of hidden! I've fallen off the wagon twice since my last post. The last one was a doozy and completely stress related. We've been struggling financially for 3 years since the real estate bubble burst (I worked in the residential construction industry) and it's caused some serious fallout since.

At the beginning of the month I decided after a year of trying not to, to file bankruptcy, and the same day I met with my attorney, my BF/SO of 20+ years decided he needed to leave. He has untreated adult ADHD and can be extremely difficult to live with (although we love each other dearly).

So, while maybe not as bad as some here have had it, I did smoke for 2 days (1/2 pack) while I vaped the rest of the time. BTW, I have been a chain vaper since I started vaping March 30.

I also had dropped my nic to 12, and that was a big mistake. Last week I managed to just have 1-2 a day and they didn't taste bad--and they scratched an itch that had been building for some time.

Feeling somewhat defeated, I took down my "smoke free for...days" counter and bought some 24mg.WTA.from Aroma. Guys, if you haven't tried it, I HIGHLY recommend you get some. I've been vaping it since Wednesday last week (not exclusively but every few hours) and it has really helped so far. There's a "wash" of, well,.something.that flows through my brain and really calms the nerves. And, I find that I am not chain vaping my regular juice now, and I feel better about that too.

I realized also that I may have some mental/depression issues that were being medicated by my smoking. I have a family history of bipolar disorder, ADD, and depression. I never exhibited signs of any of these as an adult, but I also started smoking @ 13 and I do remember before starting to smoke that I did have some depression problems. I think the MAOI's in the cigarettes kept a lot of that at bay, and the.WTA.is supposed to address that. So far, so good.

Then I started having what I thought were allergic reactions of some kind:

5/20/13
I've come to believe that I am allergic to something to do with vaping --I have a heinous, painful red rash on my face ATM and am trying to weed out the causes. So far the.PG.based Sahara I have has not caused any problems. Been smoking cigs and vaping Aroma and the rash seems to be clearing. So maybe the flavoring used at Aroma is one that I'm not sensitive to?

RE: the rash...I do have nummular eczema (it's been under control for years), but this rash feels/looks like rosacea. It's quite possible that I never showed signs of it because smoking suppresses the symptoms. Also, see demodex mites in connection to eczema and rosacea(unpleasant, but may be the problem), as there is some connection between the mites and skin conditions.

I'm using tea tree oil on my face/scalp/body in an attempt to address any demodex overpopulation I might be dealing with. The only thing that really seems to help is not vaping. If it is demodex, I'd like to wait it out and see if my self-treatment with the TTO helps but I think it's supposed to get worse before it gets better..

Anything you guys might find to help is very much appreciated!

I really think my issue is an allergic reaction of some kind, so nothing will work long term except to get rid of the allergen. I also ran out of some supplements I take that help my allergies (I'm allergic to EVERYTHING), and will be getting more this week. All of this hopefully will help!

I never would have thought it, but every time I have a vape (regardless of.VG.or.PG.- the only one that isn't causing a major problem so far is the Aroma and Black Velvet ejuice) my mouth, tongue, and throat tingle as if I've got pepper spray, and I feel it in my face. My eczema seems to be rearing its ugly head in spots on my body.

So I'm sorry if I hijacked the thread a little...I think I'm going to smoke a bit more and get myself back to square one, contact some juice vendors and find out if they use sulfites and go from there. I may not be able to vape full time ever, which kind of sucks.

After a while, I was able to quit again, but never really discovered what was causing the reactions. I was able to keep them at bay by rotating juice, ALOT, and taking Benadryl.

5/31/13
So I think so far I've been able to get past pretty much all the usual triggers including stress--the only two that seem to be hanging on like a wet towel are the very first one in the morning and the very last one at night. I'm OK with that for now. The night-time urges come and go, and I will be nurturing the "don't need one" feeling so that I get over that hump. That will be my first goal, but I have found that the more regularly I smoke, the harder it is to put aside the urge to.

I also seem to have gotten over this allergic reaction problem too, so I don't feel afraid to vape like I was feeling before.

If I had any advice to give, I would say that if you feel comfortable doing it, change up your smoke routine, even just for a day. Don't focus on the feeling that you want to smoke but if it is just too much to ignore, light up. It seems to be what has worked for me, now I just have to deal with the couple of ones I do smoke, and I'm sort of riding the fence on whether I should. Part of my motivation to do so is my SO--he sort of scoffs at me when I say I'm not really smoking, and I think that he's less likely to quit or start vaping if I'm still smoking too.

My opinion (take it for what it's worth) is that those last couple cigs really *are* a mental thing. I didn't start vaping because I wanted to quit--I love smoking. What started off as curiosity about e-cigs turned me into an almost ex-smoker.

I ended up quitting because I liked vaping better. So now that I'm getting used to vaping, the novelty has sort of worn off, and I feel like I want to go back to what was familiar. I'm not going to, but having those last two are like holding on to the last vestiges of a lifetime of (fill in the blank) that smoking gave me.

Eventually, I will have the mental fortitude to just say "F it--I'm done with smokes". Obviously I'm not there yet but I know it's close. Smoking makes me feel better at that moment, but I don't really like it anymore and when I was smoking more I really didn't feel good. I consider that a step in the right direction.

Good Luck to everyone here who wants to quit completely, and to those that don't, I get it and you'll get no judgement from me.
I made it without long enough that smoking 10 a day would make me feel like absolute crap, physically. Shoot, for a week I smoked 5 a day and I was starting to feel yukky.

What keeps me from going back there is much like what you said--I developed asthma and was snoring and wheezing at night so loud that my SO would have to come upstairs to wake me (how attractive is that???), the "crackly" lungs so bad that I couldn't sleep on my side, sometimes waking up in the middle of the night from a nightmare and having to smoke...it all just got so TIRING. You know what I'm sayin.

So no, I'm not going back there, as much as I loved it. I may cheat, or I may have a few once in a while, but I don't think my body would take kindly to being polluted again.

I seemed to get a handle on it from June through August:

6/10/13:
I noticed that the more I smoked, the more I wanted to smoke--it was like OK, I'll just have 1...then just 2...I got to the end of my pack after having 2 that day and said, screw it, I'll have 3 and that will be fine.

As I mentioned earlier, for me anyway, the more regularly I smoke (doesn't really matter how much, it's how regularly) the more I want to smoke more. So for instance if I smoke one every morning, I might after a while decide it's OK in the evening too. And then after a while mid-day's not too bad either. And so it goes. It's a habit that wants to re-assert itself.

So I know that I don't have the discipline to keep to just one or two. Yet. Maybe I never will. When I had the last one in the pack, I didn't freak out and I haven't gotten another one. I don't know how long this will last this time, but it's been a couple of days and I feel fine. Some cravings yeah, but nothing that isn't tolerable.

For me I have to DECIDE not to smoke, just like I DECIDE to smoke. It's just a little bit harder to decide not to. Once I've decided, it's not that bad but the anticipation of what it will feel like not to smoke is worse than the reality.

If that helps you a little bit then I'm glad it did--if not then you can tell me to pound sand..

6/19/13:
I've considered using Snus instead of.WTA, cuz it can get expensive. So far though, I'm a week without smokes, and taking benadryl for whatever I'm allergic to so my face isn't burning off. Hoping I won't need the Snus or.WTA.as much as I progress. I was thinking about smoking today, but only wistfully. I'd like to think I can go longer than a week without one...we'll see.

Then it all started again...

7/29/13:
I was THIS CLOSE to buying a pack today...I've just soooo had it with the allergies. I got 3 bottles of juice from Potion Vapor yesterday, all excited because it is truly 100% VG. And you guessed it...mouth burning to high heaven. I raced home so I could swallow down some Benadryl. Then, I had a cigarette...and guess what. It tasted like S..T, no vapor, no "ahh" moment, and....my mouth was burning.

WTH??? Could I really be allergic to nicotine? I'm so confused now.

7/30/13:
PG for sure causes some issues, but mainly on my skin. The mouth and throat swelling is a problem. If it's just the nic causing it, then VG will be fine for me to vape (which will be great; I'll just have to drug myself up until I get my nic levels low enough to quit altogether--I might even be there; don't know for sure).

If it's the VG then I will likely not be able to vape at all--period, or will have to really work to figure out a decent compromise between vaping and smoking. I'm not looking forward to that possibility.

Then the @%^&! really started ramping up. I knew I was going to have to see a doctor at this point.

8/1/13:
I'm half tempted to go buy lozenges or a patch and vape that no nic juice. Had another smoke today. Now my problem is that it grosses me out either way! That damn vanilla stuff is so gross, and it contaminates every juice I have, but it's the only way I can vape. Plus, when I do it that way, I don't think I'm getting enough nicotine. I think diluted, I'm at something like 6mg. and any more than that my mouth will start to burn again.

I'm starting to get depressed and I don't know if it's my lack of nic, if my depression is gonna be something I have to deal with if I don't want to or can't have nicotine, or if it's just because I'm in this situation.

I totally feel like just giving up and smoking until my naturopath can tell me what the hell's wrong with me. I feel like absolute shee-ahht and I just feel myself getting worse. F!!!!

The fact is, after I had that cigarette I could feel my energy level start to go up. I actually had some motivation at work. My throat and mouth didn't burn, and my nose hasn't closed up all day.

If I could find something that I could vape more than 2 days without getting sick, I'd be right as rain. Thought I found it, but nope...friggin' sucks azzz....now even my smokes make me gag, so now I'm stuck.

Ok, Debbie Downer's gonna just stop posting now and try to find some peace.

Thanks Dale...why can't I be like other people who aren't having these issues? I know there are a lot of people on this thread who can relate, but damn! Everything's always so hard...

I can't imagine if I had never found this thread...I would have given up the first time around. I don't even know why I'm fighting it so hard, maybe it's because I've come this far. I'm too stubborn and I want to prove to myself that I can do this, and no stupid allergy or problem is gonna stop me. Even though I didn't even plan or want to quit smoking, now it's just the whole principal of the thing. I beginning to think that that kind of attitude isn't worth it and I should just give up and try again later. I don't know...I'm sitting here vaping my WTA which isn't seeming to cause me issues at the moment, thinking about having some smokes. I just don't know what to do.

Finally, after 4 months of struggling:

8/6/13
Just stopping by during lunch break with some news...I'll catch up with you all later this evening if I have the time/energy.

Labs came back and I was supposed to wait until the 22nd for my next visit. But the Dr called because my TSH were so high. If anyone knows about hypothyroidism, the normal TSH ranges from .3 to 3 (or 5, depending on what scale the Dr uses). TSH is the hormone that tells your thyroid to get to work. If your body doesn't recognize that the thyroid is doing its job, or if you have a problem synthesizing the hormone, the pituitary keeps pumping out the TSH, hoping your thyroid will get the message. Most Dr's will start treating you for hypo if your TSH goes over 3.

Well, my TSH is over 100-- clearly there's a problem (or 2 or 3). So I'm going on natural dessicated thyroid meds (like Armour) today. She's going to go over the rest of my labs on the 22nd.

I knew there was something wrong, I had no idea it was that bad. I'm looking forward to feeling better, though!!!

Anyway, just wanted to share, and if anyone has any advice, bring it!

I smoked and vaped for the first month I was getting started on meds. I've still got a long way to go (getting my thyroid back in shape uncovered some other issues), but I was finally able to restart my counter in September, and I feel truly confident that I won't be going back now.

So I'm sorry for the lenght, but I wanted you all to know that without the people here, who have been the most supportive and caring people I could ever think of in an online forum or off, I really don't think I could have finally been able to put the smokes down. Now that I'm medicated properly the reactions that were getting increasingly worse are now just a minor irritant.

I just wanted any newcomers here to know that quitting smoking, even with vaping CAN be a long and difficult process.

We're here for you, regardless, and even if you don't really want to quit but just like smoking once in a while, we all totally get it and you're welcome here.

Thanks, Alisa. It was like reliving your progression all over again. You were really down and out there for a while, and it's so wonderful that you were able to figure it out and get the relief you needed. Yours was a very tough journey, but you proved to be tougher. Thanks for sharing with all the newcomers and reminding us how far you've come.

Going through and finding all those posts was really like a life review. I didn't realize how many people have come and gone, I hope the ones who left have reached their goal--

It was kind of hard to relive that. You guys truly are very awesome people!!:wub::wub:

These attys I gave the link for are disposable 510 attys. No building, no dry burning if you do not want to, no soaking in vodka. All I do is blow out the atty from the connector end into a paper towel when I change flavors or every couple of days. If you are switching to a similar or compatible flavor, just do it. Sometimes I will vape a little straight vg to clear the atty and my palate. Put them away with a drop of vg in them; do not store dry. No muss, no fuss. When they die I toss it in the garbage. Ta Da! Can't do it cheaper than $2 each for name brand. Mr.Mann turned me on to these when I first started vaping. Several of the long time drippers use these. They are talked about a lot in that thread I gave the link to.

Thank you! I am def. Looking into this. I don't want to rebuild. I'm not sure I could do the coils properly. Although my bf loves to work on weird stuff and would prob love to do something like this for me haha! I want to get away from disposable lol. I've got a dual coil I just toss the coil one a week. But at $3/coil there's gotta be a better way! I'll take any advice at this point! I mean I like the tank. Only because I don't really want to carry fluid on me. But I like the drip method because I like changing flavors alot. Lol what to do?! I'd like to stick with my 510 batteries. I've put like $60 bucks to get my collection up to the 5 I have lol.

Mark, your mountain bike story read like a nail biter novel. Glad you were able to get through that in one piece. And it does show that you have the fortitude to follow through to success in your undertakings. Good for you. You will put down the cigarettes for good when the time is right. Some people have a more difficult path to follow than others. There is more involved in quitting smoking than just saying no and starting to vape.

Alisa, you have had quite a ride on your journey. It is kind of scary going back and reading it all, it is almost like reliving it. As I sit here typing it seems so long ago. Last night when I was going through my posts I was remembering conversations we had that seem like yesterday. I am still trying to select the right posts to copy over. That is difficult for me since I am so prolific. I think I am going to just put a few pieces here and there and maybe copy a particularly decent rant over if the topic comes up in discussion. Still thinking on it.

You really have come a long way. I am so very happy to see that you have been able to find a way that lets you vape more comfortably. I think when you go through a real hard time finding how to make it work for you, you appreciate it more. I know I do.

That period I had with the reaction to the custard and cinnamon juices was a scary nightmare for me that lasted over two weeks. I do not remember if I ever mentioned that my tastebuds were still screwed up until about a month or so ago. I am now able to taste more subtle flavors again. Eating food was fine, but vaping was a mess for me for a long time. I still get the equivalent of a bad case of Vaper's Tongue every couple of weeks but the frequency is getting less often now.

I went back through my posts and this is my vaping journey. I joined ECF the first week of March, 2013 but continued to smoke for another 4 months. I quit smoking exactly 1 month after joining this thread.

6/2/2013

I've spent several days reading each and every post in this thread and I see myself in most of them. It's nice to know I'm not the only one here that didn't quit "accidentally". I don't post a lot in the forum, probably because I feel like a fraud. I've been a smoker for 42 years and worked my way up to a 3-4 pad habit. Each time I tried (and failed) to quit I would end up smoking more than when I tried to quit. I guess I was making up for all the smokes I'd missed.

This is my third time trying ecigs since 2009. The first time, I used a cigalike and went a week with no cigs before gradually working my way back to smoking only. The second time, the Ego was all the rage, and I spent too much money on juice trying to find one I enjoyed enough to keep me off cigarettes. No luck.

Finally, after being laid off for 2 years and smoking around 4 packs a day of roll-your-own almost non-stop, I was wheezing like crazy and coughing up nasty stuff. I decided to try ecigs again, but all my juice had turned nasty. Again I had to spend too much money to get back into it, but with more determination than I had previously.

I have cut down quite a bit, going from 3+ packs a day to 1, so that's a win. I can go for hours at home just using my PV, but at work I'm surrounded by smokers and find myself mostly smoking there. After smoking half a pack at work, it's hard to go back to just my PV once I get home and I end up smoking the rest of the pack at home along with vaping almost constantly.

I now have 2 mods and more juice that still isn't cutting it. I am also of the mindset that each new purchase and each new juice order will be just what I need to stop smoking. Yeah, right.

Good news, though. I have yet another mod and juice order on the way and I'm sure this time I'm gonna quit for sure! (but don't hold your breath. I know I won't) Thanks for listening.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

I work in a small group home for physically and mentally disabled adults. There's a lot of down time and we can smoke whenever we want to just by stepping out the side door. Out of a total of 10 staff, only 2 are non-smokers, and I rarely, if ever, work with them since they're on a different shift. I seem to smoke more out of habit than actual craving anyway.

It's great to see a thread with people who understand how hard it is to quit, even with the help of vaping. I could never have cut down as much as I have without it. Lord knows I've tried enough times over the years.

6/10/2013

I started having serious juice issues.

I seem to be smoking more and more every day. I'm trying to vape as much as possible, but I simply can't find a juice flavor that makes me want to do it as much as I want to. I'm sick of the juices I have. They seem to be getting more and more tasteless every day, but not in a vapor's tongue kind of way.

I've tried mixing some flavors and they taste even worse. I've ordered more juice, but each order has been disappointing so far. I've had some steeping for 11 days now and it still tastes awful. I got some more today, but obviously it needs to steep as well.

At this rate I'll have smoked at least a pack and a half by tonight, maybe more.

I think I've had enough cheese with my 'whine'.

6/13/2013

I've been rolling my own for the last 7 or 8 years. Really cheap....around $1 a pack, so I'm spending a lot more on vaping. I know part of the problem is I have my tobacco, tubes and rolling machine an arm's length away, so I can roll one, or 100, anytime I want. I don't even have to go to the store to buy a pack.

I'm still way too nervous to go to work without a pack of smokes with me, and I end up smoking at work instead of vaping. I think it's mostly out of habit, and seeing my co-workers smoking, too.

The good part is that I mostly vape at home, so I've gone down from 3+ PAD to 1+. That's a big difference, but not nearly what I'd hoped for. I'm soooo weak!

6/14/2013

I keep my PV in the glass on my desk that I used to keep my cigarettes in so I'm comfortable using it mostly during the day where I'm almost always on my computer. My biggest problem is at work and I always take a full pack along with me even though I usually only smoke half of it. The thought of going to work without cigarettes and forcing myself to only vape scares the crap outta me! I've thought about only taking a few, but even that panics me. I can smoke as much as I want while there, but once I get there I can't leave to get any even if I was desperate.

I'm thinking about gradually taking fewer and fewer with me, forcing me to vape more. But not tonight. I have to work a double and won't get off til 7am tomorrow.

I've been thinking that maybe using an automatic cigalike at work might be a way to get the feel of a real cigarette in the place where I'm more conditioned to that particular habit. I love my Zmax telescope and use it a lot at home. It would seem kind of like a downgrade from where I am, but it might help with making it feel more like I'm smoking a real cigarette. I would still use my APV at home but I hesitate to spend even more money than I have already. Has anyone tried this?

Alisa suggested I try an eRoll.

Hello everyone and welcome to the thread, Shari! I just got home from 2 days of jury duty on a case involving controlled drugs and guns...Yikes! It was interesting to say the least.

I couldn't take my cell phone or PV with me (they don't allow batteries inside the courthouse), or even a lighter for real cigs. We got pretty regular breaks and they even provided lighters to smokers when they went out for a break. Needless to say, I've been smoking instead of vaping mostly for the last 2 days.

I must say it's hard to get back into the vaping habit once you've been only smoking all day. But tonight I'm getting back on the wagon and planning to do the vaping thing as much as possible. I got a couple of new juices, but of course they need to steep.

I love my APVs, but I'm seriously considering getting an eRoll for work where I smoke the most. I seem to need the real cig feeling of holding it between my fingers and not having to push a button to get a hit. I'm not looking forward to shelling out more money on this, but who knows, it just might help. And boy, I need all the help I can get.

Worse juice issues.

I'm having fun trying out my newest juice purchases. They've been steeping for between 2 weeks and 1 month so far. The problem is I can't decide which one to go with. It's a toss up between Sweaty Socks, Smelly Underwear and Soap. Decisions, decisions.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

I'm currently smoking only my 4th cigarette of the day, since 9:30am. It's the best I've done in a long while, especially considering my juices really suck today. (Sweaty Socks is starting to grow on me, but Soap is still yuck)

I smoked 8 cigs at work tonight and 2 more since I got home. I'm on a roll.

I fell off the vaping wagon again working my double shift yesterday. I smoked nearly a pack while still vaping. I think I'm more convinced that I need the tactile experience of a cigalike at work. I'm pretty sure I'll be ordering an eRoll very soon, but I'm afraid if even that doesn't work I'll be deemed a lost cause for sure.

I know I can do it, as evidenced by the fact that I only had 3 smokes at work the day before without a problem. For me, it seems the mindset going in has much to do with how much I smoke. I must continuously tell myself that I don't really need that cigarette to keep me from smoking it. I don't really "crave" the cig, but if I don't nag myself, I simply do it. Sometimes I'm just too bored or too tired to keep up that internal dialogue.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I ordered my eRoll that night.

I spent 45 minutes each way driving to my S/O's doctor appointment this morning, 2 solid hours in the waiting room and got home 1/2 hour before I had to be at work. We stopped to get my juice vapemail and lo and behold, my eRoll had arrived. I didn't have time to charge it or anything, so I took the whole kit and kaboodle to work with me to set it up. It's even smaller than I thought it would be...and I love it!

Remember I said this morning that I hadn't had a cigarette since those 4 I had yesterday morning? Well.............I made through the long drive, the doctor's office wait and 8 hours of work without a single cigarette!!!!!

I'm so proud of myself! Whenever my co-worker stepped out for a smoke I grabbed my eRoll and joined her. I could actually smell her smoke. And when I got home and came inside, I could smell the stale smoke smell in the house. I've never noticed it before. The strange part is that I haven't really had any serious cravings. I even took cigs to work with me, but didn't have the irresistible urge to smoke one. I don't know how long it'll last, since I'm weak on willpower when it comes to smoking, but I'm enjoying it for now.

Thank you, Alisa! I'm sure my eRoll helped tremendously. I normally smoke 10 cigarettes just at work. The eRoll seems to help with the feeling that you're missing with a large APV and having to push a button to vape. You can hold it between your fingers like a cigarette, even vape it hands free if need be, and all without pushing a button!

I haven't had a cigarette since. I've also found a few juices that I actually like! The wonderful caring people in this thread gave me the encouragement and support I needed to be able to accomplish what I'd been unable to do for many years. They could never know how much I appreciate all of them.
