So I am sitting here right now puffing away on my little fake cigarette trying to avoid the last 4.(16 so far today) I feel like I am back on track again. If the ''stress fairies'' would leave me alone for awhile, I might get the hang of vaping a lot quicker. Look when I first joined...when there was no car trouble, no teeth trouble? I was doing so good!! Dang stupid stress! Anyway, I am just going to make another huge attempt to go lower and lower with the real cigs. But I am going to stop putting pressure on myself because I end up feeling like a failure and that only leads to me being more stressed.
You guys are an AMAZING bunch! Love and (hugs)to all of you tonight.

Hi everyone. I broke out my vaping gear. Sunday I vaped a little. Yesterday no. Today I have 3 tanks loaded and did 4 hours without a cig. Reading your stories really helped . Thaya i remember you rolling those cigs and you have 5 years now? I think anyway Amazing I need to do this now I just hope I get away with vaping hugs to all
Hi @Hopeful64. So sorry to hear about your car. Despite the stress you are going through you are doing really well! You could have chucked vaping away - but no, you are still giving it a go. Only 16 cigs today? Fantastic!

I'd have been a very bad girl too, if I'd had to go through what you've been through. Congrats on climbing back on the vape train though! A pack here is 25, so I'm constantly doing math LOL
OMG it was awesome! Tasted a lot of good juice, some bleh juice and some OH HELL NO YUCK juice. Thank goodness I had one of my faves with me to do a palate cleanse! Came back with some of my faves HEAVILY discounted, no hardware for me (how the H-E-Double hockey sticks did that happen? I love hardware!), but my S.O. came back with a new mod and a new tank. Smexy as heck, and manly as all get out!
Lori, way to go on breaking out the gear and giving it a go! What are you using, gear wise and juice wise? Some of the "vintage" stuff kicks the new stuff in the derriere, but there's some good new stuff out there too, both "analogue style" aka MTL (mouth to lung) and restricted DL (Direct Lung) and then the cloudy buggars which you probably called Sub-Ohming back 4 or 5 years ago. Regardless, go you for getting the gear out and having a go at it again!

You know, you're putting pressure on yourself by saying "huge attempt to go lower and lower with the real cigs". There's no pressure to go lower and lower. As long as it's less than the "usual" it's a win. You're right, pressuring yourself just adds stress, and goodness knows none of us need more stress!
I would LOVE to go to a vape expo. We have only recently gotten b&m vape stores - I know of 6 or so since the start of the year that have opened nearby (ish). So maybe one day......
You know what's really sad? I did a reorganisation of the various collections of vape gear I have in different areas of the house. I have a tonne of gear. Lots of it is unopened and unused, mainly as backups to the backups, and some is stuff I just know I'll like.
My head is going to explode trying to sort it all by "ok this is for A juice, this one's for B juice, etc etc, then the WTA stuff I've gotten in the last couple of months which all tastes like .... with a minimal overlay of whatever flavour it's supposed to be other than .....
The S.O. has a really good system for his vapes + juice, and rotates a bunch of pairs (creamy + sour, fruity+sweet, savoury+fruit, sweet+sour, you get the idea). All very organised but regimented. I'm more of a "let's see what I like today" but there's always a couple that I carry with me. My purse weighs a tonne.

Waaaaay too much SMOK gear. Not a fan. Not enough MTL like the Siren, Berserker, Zenith, Ares, and the like. Of course no Kayfun Prime as they're still a niche market and horrendously expensive.
Sigelei didn't have a presence, VaporFlask (Vape Forward) wasn't there either. Beyond Vape wasn't there.
We did see the JuggerKnot tank and hubs got one. OMG it's enormous and pretty and tasty and goes through juice like a leaky swimming pool. 25% off was still 70 CDN. Worth it. To paraphrase a previous user here, time to Google-Fu and see if I can get one (but I don't NEEEEEED one, I have a whole drawer full of unopened, unused tanks, and another drawer of mods, and enough batteries to survive the vapocalypse). Sure is pretty and tasty tho.

Lori, I commend you for going 4 hrs without a cigarette. That's a major step for you. Happy to have you back for another try. It took 3 tries for me before it finally took.
Donna, try not to stress if you don't hit your goal sometimes. Be happy about how far you've come. We know how hard this process is.

Good morning. As for gear I'm currently using my zmax with an innokin tank i have the I stick 40 w with a G2 tank on it and finally I'm using an innokin smartbox with included tank. That one is my fav. It automatically chooses the watts and runs on an 18650 battery as for juices I'm highly allergic to Pg so I have to be careful I'm only using 6 mg as I'm a stealth vapor again Thank you all hugs Lori

Decent gear! That should do the trick for sure.
As for juice, lots and lots of "Max" VG out there now, even some vendors using VG based flavours to minimise ANY PG in the juices.
You may want to up that nic, though. VG creates the clouds, not the nic, and 6 seems low-ish to satisfy (yup, a little low for me, but can't go over 9 without coughing my fool head off and almost tossing my cookies). Just a suggestion!
If you're anywhere even remotely close to a shop, it might be worth a trip. I know my local(s) (yes, there are 4 within 20 min drive), even though they all cater to different niches, are all really good about letting you try different flavours, and trying to help find the one(s) that work for the customer.
One of them has juice on clearance, and that's usually the 12-18 nic stuff **GAG**
