Hmmm. Maybe I'm just weird--it seems that, in my mind, I associate flavors with pretty specific colors. So the multicolored end caps for the cartos give me what I need. I have to be a little more creative when I'm sampling something new, but I never find myself wondering what flavor I've got in which delivery device. After reading the above posts, I'm feeling pretty lucky.

I recently acquired a labelmaker yet it had no tape so off I went to Staples looking for the clear tape that I've seen you use Rave. No clear tape in stock so I got the silver with black print. Holy moly it was $12 & usually I would hunt further for a better deal but I was impatient and wanted my labels lol. Must say it looks nice & neat on the silver part of my ce3's & the ink doesn't run or smudge on them like the ones I carefully cut & wrote in permanent marker then taped on! I do have to read them as their not coloured coded and thats my biggest problem is locating glasses ...sheesh cant do anything without them!
As for storage...I found a really nice big makeup case at a garage sale for $2 that just about fits all my goodies :D

Actually, I only use white on black or gold on black tapes. Yeah - It's expensive, but it'll last for a long time.

Every newbie on ECF gets told that vaping will dehydrate them and they should drink lots of water.

How about a Smokeless Image insulated sports bottle?

It could come with every starter kit!

This maybe taking it a bit far but you could stuff it with the starter kit items instead of using the magnetic box (though the boxes are pretty nice). Maybe in a mesh bag that could then be used to put the bottle in to tie it onto stuff (backpack, belt).

If I could slip it in the bottle cage on my bike that'd be great!

So, I just had a thought. What about a 3 or 4 battery kit?

It may be an option to differentiate you from the competition. You could add another batt option like you do with usb chargers, etc.

I knew I needed another batt right off the bat :p.

They kind of have this if you consider the Faces of Volt freebie thread here.

If they went that route, I think they could revamp the Pro Starter Kit so you could get the standard passthrough battery OR a third 65/78 battery, OR for $5 more the X2 650 mah (which comes with its own charger/passthrough cord. Then, still have the "extras" at a slightly discounted price over the ala carte. That would be the easiest way to a "customizable" kit without revamping totally.

Yup, that is along the lines of what I was thinking. The option of replacing the passthrough with a batt is a good idea.

If you ever come out with a VV device, PLEASE make the settings big-enough to read for a middle-aged person, or an older person with glasses but maybe not a magnifying glass! The most-famous low-cost VV device is so unreadable I had to put nail polish markings on the bottom in different bring colors just to use it.

For now, I don't need 2 of those, I'm happy with 1 (other brand) + my 3 X2's and my 3 78's! But it would be nifty to not have 2 threadings to worry about.

Don't forget, Bery, that the X2 has two sets of threads, the standard 808 Volt threading, and the other brand (ego) threading that will allow you to use a few of those accessories with your X2's. SI doesn't have any current plans to add variable voltage batteries, but that could always change in the future.

I figured they didn't since all their stuff is engineered to work together at the regulated voltage. But if they ever do, they should START with "make the numbers big-enough."

I thought the outside threads were for cones? (Which, though I like the looks of them, I don't use, because I'm trying to keep things cool.)

Would anyone else here like to see a "dust cover" for the X2's? I'm thinking about a full cover that screws onto the outside threads (where the cones thread on) that is long enough to cover a CE3/XL carto, keep debris from getting in, and protect the carto while carrying it. Kind of like a screw on pen cap.

Something like that would make it a LOT easier for me to take my X2 batteries with me on the go.

I've had 3 gems fall out lately. Two of them I replaced with pink rhinestones. I'm waiting to find another color to fill the third.
SI is coming out with colored diamond tips, but if you're really into colors, this set has like 21 of them (a mix of all of the colors they carry):
144pc Flatback Acrylic Round 9mm Rhinestones - Multi Assortment | eBay
only problem is, they're silver-foiled on the back, and you'd have to scrape/sand/file off the backing...also, they're craft grade, but not jewelry grade (may have a few bubbles here in there).

How's about these for suggestions

1. a cap for the clearos - it would have to cover the post in the center to keep juice out of it but imagine (no pun intended) the drip tip for the clearos with a flat closed top - you could carry them that way

2. I saw the idea for a cleaning kit so I know it isnt original but I +1 it

3. a table top holder - I am currently using an office organizer that spins

more as I think of them.

Oh yeah, that was the other. It would be easier to just do a "build your own kit" thing on the website. If it was a deal like, you have to order the Mega PCC/Slider, one battery (or whatever) and then unlimited options on what you can add from there (anything on the website) and the more you order, the larger the discount.

When I bought my first order, I was bummed that it stopped at a certain point and I still bought more items for my first purchase after looking here and knowing what I wanted to buy. It would also be a good way for repeat customers to get bulk deals on multiple item choices and reward those who make an average purchase of $60-$100 or more.
