kolo and danno have been under extreme scrutiny and never ending stress between ornery customers mad because they can't get a freebie by complaining a lot, or dealing with the costly importation of the most awesome products I've tried. Here's our chance to give them our gratitude and a virtual hug. so everyone feel free to give them the cheeziest and most generic complement you can! seriously, this is what ecf is all about. lets show them how big their community is! oh yea, this is all positive posts so if you diss them on this post than we'll rip on you to no end. we got your back

Just got my box today! I only ordered one pack of CE2-X black and a 5 pack of replacement tubes. Opened it up and they gave me an extra tube. :thumbs: They must have known I'm a clutz.:blush: Anyway. I appreciate you guys being out there on the hairy edge of innovation. It gets a little cold and windy out there, but it often pays off in the long run. You guys are A+ in my book.:vapor:

I have gotten a few orders so far from GotVapes. Their prices are insane. I thought they were just placeholders when they first launched... too low to be real. Nope, they're real. Free ship is really nice too. Last order I placed on Saturday and got it Tuesday. That really surprised me, I expected Wed at the earliest. I know they can't control the post office but they didn't *have* to rush it off to the post office on Saturday... I fully expected it to go out Monday morning. I consider that way above and beyond the call of duty. I only ordered $45 worth of product too, not like I'm a big customer. I was really surprised.

I don't know Dan but Badkolo is the nicest guy in the world. He's so nice he will frighten you with his nicesness. You will be taken aback at how nice he is and wonder, what's the catch? Why so nice? Must be a catch. Well there is no catch. He's just that nice. He's the most patient teacher on the planet and even answers stupid questions as if they weren't stupid. He will go over something with you 5 or 12 times as patiently and cheerfully as he did the first time.

Oh but he's picky as ship. I swear nothing is ever good enough for him. Always got to take that perfectly-good-enough-for-everyone-else-thing and analyze and tweak and modify and change and bend and twist and prod and coax and sway and alter it until it suits him. And when he finally finds something that's good enough to suit him he's STILL not satisfied with just a little bit of that thing, he must have a a whole lot of that thing, enough of that thing that he could roll around in them. Once he gets a roll-around-in quantity of things (and he will get it if he wants it because he will eat sleep and breathe it til it happens) he no longer wants to roll around in it... suddenly what used to be that amazing and perfect and the holy grail thing is no longer good enough for him... now it's just yesterdays news and he must have EVEN BETTER THING... and the cycle repeats itself to infinity... at benefit to all of us who don't have that kind of drive and just want to vape happily ever after...

So really, Badkolo is exactly who I want in charge of providing me with my ecig supplies. Because I know that I will be satisfied with the product and the service LONG before he is. I really don't want him to get more business though, I don't want him to work too hard because he needs to pace himself. I have a lot of vaping years ahead of me and I need him to keep being my ecig guy for at least 40 more years, k Mr. Badkolo? Vacation, massage, perhaps an intern?

That put a tear in my eye and im not kidding, i truly appreciate everything you said and what everyone else has said and thank you all form the bottom of both our hearts.

I don't have an epic story to share, but everything I ordered from GotVapes has been shipped promptly, arrived intact and was exactly what I ordered. (with a free drip tip or something thrown in).

I only follow a couple other vendor forums, and none of the other vendors seem to be as active on the board as these guys. They are always on answering questions or giving advice.

When I read the post about the guy receiving the "old style" CE2s, I couldn't believe it. I mean, you'd think the guy ordered a new Mercedes and got an old Ford Fiesta instead. I still have 9 of my first XL Fluxos I ordered almost 2 months ago and they're still working (I have 3 still in the package) The only thing I've done is the syringe tube mod and clean and dry burn every now and then. Just ordered 10 more yesterday and they've already shipped!

I have never personally talked to the guys at GV (I've never had any issues with anything I've ordered) but I'm sure if I did, they would be at least as helpful as they are on the forum. Keep up the good work guys!

I've ordered 3 times from Got Vapes and I intend to order a lot more in the future. Only incident I had was a DOA atomizer and I was promptly given credit. I in turn used the credit toward the new fluxos which turned out to be awesome, despite my own ignorance on getting started with them, so I want more of these. I feel bad for vendors that have to deal with scathy companies and then in turn have to deal with flack from customers. Their getting it from both sides. It's definitely not a business I could be in. I'd be cussing out both sides. Got Vapes is by far not the only company dealing with these issues, but they are one of the few I've seen personally attacked both directly and indirectly on ECF in a manner as to try to harm their rep, even though they obviously take care of their customers. I love Got Vapes, and to keep with the spirit of the thread::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::spammers::spammers::spammers::bday::bday:

I've ordered several times from GotVapes, and have officially made them by Go To for all my hardware! Any issue I ever had (only one) was due to my own inexperience with CE2's, and Chris took some of his precious time on a Sunday to walk me through my self-inflicted problem! Oh, the other issue I had was a DOA atty, for which I was promptly credited for!

Unlike many of the other suppliers, I feel Chris and Daniel, because of their passion for e-cigs, put customer satisfaction first, as it should be in any business. I run my own business and take pride in the customer service and follow-up I provide to all my visitors and customers, and I think I've met my match for outstanding customer support with Daniel and Chris! lol There are going to be issues in ANY business, but it's HOW these issues are handled and resolved that makes the company stand out above the rest.....and yes, GotVapes stands out above the rest! Keep up the great work guys...you've got a long-time customer and fan here!!!

Yeah, I could go on and on...

I don't need to put on a pair of pom-poms and a short skirt for gotvapes.

They have a solid reputation as a seller who not only stands behind their products but is also directly involved in improving the entire MiT/RS product line.

Unfortunately, if you sell or deal with the public, you are going to run into a Fruit Loop or two. Some people are not going to be satisfied no matter what service they receive. It just goes with the territory.

Consider it? NO.

The last time I wore a Skirt it turned out Extremely bad. I won’t go into details but it did take quite a bit of blackmail money to get all the pictures back.
