Ok, I think I am finally done with Cotton / Rayon. Using this* since last 2-3 days - and I'm floored! It, for one, has no break-in pd (for getting neutralized flavor) and for two - no frequent re-wicking as well.

*not putting a link so that you guys don't brand me a Tip Ripper! But you know what I'm talking about.

Well when I bought the mini I also purchased some SS wire and although I really wanted 26g, all they had was 28. My first build in the mini was a thick twisted wire, maybe triple 30g and it was very good. I then tried the 28g ss and nowhere near the flavor. Because I see alot of 28g here, I figured I would dig deep and try to find some 28g wire and did. For the last day or so been running it at about 1.2 ohms and 22 to 24 watts. The flavor is ok but just did my normal 26g at around .8 to .9 and the flavor is, imo, better. I think 28g is great but once over 18 watts it's not. 18 watts to 24, I think the thicker wire is tastier. When vaping the 28g at 23 watts, I think the wire is just to hot compared to the 26g, and that's why the flavor, imo, is better. There's a little bit of a delay with 26 but not too bad.

Actually it was the first twisted coil that was at .9 ohms, the comparison of flavor was my 26g at 1.1 compared to the 28g at 1.2, both at around 23ish watts

Your juxtaposition is perfectly right.

Update:

I had mentioned prior that my airflow screw would loosen over the course of a couple days after adjusting. Not sure why. Was it slowly working its way out or was opening/closing the juice control affecting it? Not sure. So I wrapped the airflow grub screw with two layers of teflon tape. Trimmed off all the excess so the tape was on the threads only. Reinserted it and it hasn't budged since I reworked it two days ago. And I'm still alive. :)
My new plastic screws came in today, but I'm too lazy to install... Haha

I like a tighter draw. I'd adjust it where I liked it and within two days it was noticeably looser.
I also notice this on my tight MTL draw. It'll loosen up and then get to a point where it finally stays, but because of the initial loosening, it gets in a state of more open than I'd desire.

I think you would be right Diver. If you're vaping at higher power then using a fatter wire makes more sense. I use 28 ga but I'm vaping at 10 watts. Even that wire is a little too thick at 10 watts but I have the boost feature on my P3 to compensate for that.

I'm guessing those plastic screws will solve your problem.

I had the airflow set as it came out of the box initially and it was working great. Then I decided to fiddle with it and had gurgling, leaking etc. and just couldn't get it back to where it was. I've now installed the plastic screw and that does seem to have done the trick as it is back to being fantastic again.

Is it that much better? I guess I have to find his video.

Got a couple cool things from Steam Tuners today. :)

I think I prefer the metal tip on the metal tank (I already have the poly tank middle piece in there).

Then the Diamond tank came in for the Nautilus Mini from them as well. Am I the only one that finds the flavor of the Nautilus (Mini) to be basically as good as the Kabuki? Am I crazy? Lol. But it does look good with the Diamond tank too either way! Gonna use to these two atty's for traveling/airports Monday. I gotta look into what the rules are about the batteries and tanks/liquid... Can't have one if these wickers ge5ing confiscated!

If not for the Kabuki and now this Diamond tank, I probably wouldn't have given a Nautilus another spin. Haha.

(Sitting on top if the Dicodes Tiny)
