I'm using in on a Provari Mini. You may be on to something as when I use it with her COV Mini Volt I don't have the same issue. Just a very minor annoyance. The flavor of this tank is beyond fantastic.
The parts werent the factor, it was more of the size and look it just didn't care for. Does svoemesto have a nano kit for the k4?I know the KF4 has a lot of parts but once put together, you only had 3 pieces to work with. The top for filling, the tank(it came with 3), and the base. You NEVER had to take anything else apart. I have 3 of them and they were all great.
I still have not decided about getting the Mini yet. Maybe, Maybe not???
When I used my KFLs on my P2 with beauty ring I always got condensation. Not so much when I use them on my P3.I'm using in on a Provari Mini. I mostly used the Plastic tanks on mine. I don't think it was any bigger than the older versions. Not sure about the nano kit.The parts werent the factor, it was more of the size and look it just didn't care for. Does SvoëMesto have a nano kit for the k4?

Wicking. Make sure there isn't cotton sitting on top of the positive deck or that there isn't enough cotton down where the juice holes feed the deck. Those would be the only reasons you are getting juice into the airholes.I love my Mini but seem to get a fair amount of juice/condensation underneath the tank. I rarely see juice come from the air holes. When I take the tank off my Provari Mini is when I notice it. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks in advance.
