I know the KF4 has a lot of parts but once put together, you only had 3 pieces to work with. The top for filling, the tank(it came with 3), and the base. You NEVER had to take anything else apart. I have 3 of them and they were all great.

I still have not decided about getting the Mini yet. Maybe, Maybe not???
The parts werent the factor, it was more of the size and look it just didn't care for. Does svoemesto have a nano kit for the k4?

I'm using in on a Provari Mini. You may be on to something as when I use it with her COV Mini Volt I don't have the same issue. Just a very minor annoyance. The flavor of this tank is beyond fantastic.
When I used my KFLs on my P2 with beauty ring I always got condensation. Not so much when I use them on my P3.

I mostly used the Plastic tanks on mine. I don't think it was any bigger than the older versions. Not sure about the nano kit.

"Alot" is not a word. You must have meaned "a lot", or "two many".

;)
So i forgot to put a space between two words, give me a break, Im lucky to be typing at all with this little keyboard phone.

I love my Mini but seem to get a fair amount of juice/condensation underneath the tank. I rarely see juice come from the air holes. When I take the tank off my Provari Mini is when I notice it. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Wicking. Make sure there isn't cotton sitting on top of the positive deck or that there isn't enough cotton down where the juice holes feed the deck. Those would be the only reasons you are getting juice into the airholes.

The KF4 is still a great tank, it does have a lot of parts but it ain't complicated! I've taken mine apart to clean enough times, I can probably put it back together with my eyes closed! ;)

I've been using the Mini probably 99% of the time now, but I keep the KF4 with me as a backup in case something gets messed up on the Mini, since it's still a new tank, hasn't happened yet...

A little comparison between the two, now that I've had the Mini for over 3 weeks:

I find that the Mini needs a little more TLC to get it just "right". Coil height and amount of wicking, if you don't get those two right it won't taste as good as the KF4. But when you do, it's been one of the most satisfying vape for me, and yes better flavor than the KF4 IMO.

The KF4 OTH is more forgiving when it comes to wicking and coil height, it just worked for me, no matter what I did. This is using the same juice, coil/wick.

I didn't have to re-wick as often in the KF4, with the same juice I could go almost a week, about two tanks a day, since it had more capacity than the Mini. I go through 2-3 tanks a day with the Mini and have to re-wick on the 2nd or 3rd day.

The KF4 does have way too many parts, but it's not that hard to work on. But I LOVE the design of the Mini, specially the juice control, it just works! And none of the headaches I've experienced with the KF4.

And lastly, I still prefer the airflow in the KF4, it just feels right and sounds like music to my ears. Still getting used to the airflow in the Mini... I like that it's a little more but I'm not a fan of the way it feels and sounds.

I have rayon in mine now, on my second day... so far so good, flavor almost identical to KGD, let's see if it lasts longer.

My 19mm collection...

I replaced the top cap with the steamtuners drip tip. Shortens the V3 up by quite a bit.
My favorite....eGo ONE CT. Satisfying temp control or regulated wattage...love it.

I had high hopes for the Joyetech eGo AIO...but it's an all in one device...nice one though.
