Can't we all just get a long?[emoji12]

Totally possible, but difficult sometimes due to one dissing the rest and imposing oneself unnecessarily, illogically.

Lol! Clouds bro' :) Dual coils?? Whatever next?

ps You know I will have to try to guess...This one is tough but it has some of the hallmarks of an e-pheonix device..probs not though..

edit: nah changed my mind...no idea but looks like a beast, and dual ribbons..:w00t::eek:

I always wondered if you can have different resistances between each coil, in a dual coil set up[emoji16]

Both are six wraps*. Both are of the same resistance. But yes, you can have differing resistances, just that one'd fire slowly than the other and you'd have slightly anemic vape.

*The top one got squeezed in the pic while inserting the wick. Have been re-corrected later.

Just kidding my friend. I'm not surprised that both are not perfect, working on such a small deck and using that ribbon is not easy, especially trying to trap the leads

My air flow adjustment finally worked it's way looser like what happens to do many MTL folks. Go figure I'm traveling and will get home tomorrow.

I have the plastic replacement screws, but never threw them in because "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". But I guess I'll be fixing it tomorrow!

On another note, the KM3 and VS DNA 30 make great traveling companions!!

Are any of you having issues with resistance jumping when it's not screwed down completely tight onto a mod? In trying out my new Mini last night, I kept getting 'No atomiser found'- checked my build, unscrewed base plate and checked, and screwed it back on as tight as I could- same issues...

I think i've narrowed it down to the base plate- it seems that when you tighten the 510 pin, the screw seems to hit it's stop before it squeezes the base plate completely tight onto the bottom (which seems to leave a miniscule amount of 'play')- nevertheless, unless I screw the Mini completely tight down onto any mod (tried a couple), if I press against the side of the base it will jump between 'no atomiser found' and my coil resistance.

Has anyone else found this, or have I got a slightly flaky one? :( :( :(

I think u have to tighten the airflow screw.

Ok thanks, will give that a go, but I haven't touched the airflow adjustment and it's quite tight already- when I looked in the base it didn't look like the 510 pin was making contact with the airflow screw iteself?

Actually, thinking about it, the fact that Svoemesto themselves offer plastic grub screws, and @stanleybb50 is using plastic grub screws suggest they haven't any bearing on the connection at all!....

The 510 screw touches the airflow screw, tighten the airflow screw so then you further tighten the 510 screw and have a solid connection.

Gotcha, so the airflow screw is essentially the 'stop' for the 510 pin?- Will try that then when I get home- thanks! :)

Oh, I feel a fool- the airflow screw hole was full of water from the mini's ultrasonic clean- hence the poor connection :facepalm::facepalm:

Where did you get the plastic replacement screws?
