I am working my way through this thread. Maybe the answer is here, but I haven't come across it yet. I'm gonna keep reading, but, in the meantime, I want to ask a question.

I have read a lot of posts and watched lots of reviews about the liquinator. I am already a Boge carto lover, and I want to try the liquinator. I have read that my cartos will last longer because they will be consistently wet because of constant feeding.

My question is: For the longer duration of the carto, does the taste diminish significantly over the period of, let's say a week, 2 weeks, whatever? Does that "magic new full carto taste" last longer proportionately to how long the carto lasts? Also, has anyone cleaned and reused the slotted cartos?

I'll go back to my reading now...

ANSWER : NOT AT ALL ! Your Boge carto will have the fresh taste , throat hit & vapor from start to finish . This is the main reason why this tank is so popular . It tastes like a fresh carto every time you vape on it . My first carto lasted me 3 weeks & for 3 weeks it tasted the same way from start to finish . Just make sure you fill your carto as normal before you fill your tank & then your good to go.

I thought that I had read that filling the carto thoroughly would flood the atty and cause gurgling. Most said it was best to fill the tank and just drop several drops onto the top of the filler, but not a thorough 1st fill.

so guess who (in an absent minded daze after work) decided to take off his driptip when the carto wasn't screwed on to his mod? :( this guy did lol....5.5 mls straight in my Lap....maybe ill pay attention next time >=[

LMAO  That's too funny! Haven't done that yet.. Sorry.

I have, a couple of times. Shoving a mismatched smaller driptip on there without mod support also has dire consequences.

At day's end, I love my Liquinators. I have seven and all perform great. The most flawless combination for me is the original: Single coil Boge with two slots not dots.

I fill mine then blow the excess juice on a paper towel , then I put it in my tank & then fill my tank . I've had no issue & my carto stays wet including the top of the carto . Like I said my Boge 2.0's have been lasting me 2-3 weeks . Can't speak for anyone else but I cut my own slots & I get my supplies from C.C.V

I will try one of these someday, BUT I keep hearing alot of problems with some of these. I will not buy from vaporescence with all the talk here and other forums. I need to know who sells the best and who has the best customer service.
I would say buying from Vaporescence right now would be the best time . Keep in mind most of us on this thread bought these tanks from the beginning , meaning we were buying & complaining while Vaporescence was working out their kinks & flaws in production . I'm almost sure after all our calls , complaints , exchanges & etc . I believe you'd have a way better chance of a flawless order than most did when Vaporescence was new at making these wonderful tanks.

I'm using the delrin 3ml Liquinator, which I received August 1st. I'm using the non-sticker slotted boge carto's that came with the tank. I had contacted them about a DOA carto and the o-ring problem I had a week after I received the tank, they replied saying they would ship out some o-rings and carto's free of charge. I had already ordered another $20 in replacements, and of course my package arrived with just what I ordered. Nothing extra as James said there would be. I wish I didn't like carto-tanks so much because this company has really given me a bad taste in my mouth.

I got an email back from Vaporescence and they of course want me to send it back in. This is my only method of vaping at the moment and I'm leaving for a camping trip tomorrow. This sucks.

I am so sorry this happened to you , but if you had problems & complaints about the tank you purchased & I agree 100% that you were entitled to have them fix the problem , why on earth would you go back & purchase cartos & O rings that were due to you for receiving a defective tank in the first place ?:(

2-3 weeks? I'm only getting about 5 days and I don't understand why. Are you cleaning them, and if so... how often?

My last 2 Boge cartos (from CCV) I cut myself and they lasted 5 days and the flavor diminished (I use Halo Smooth 8 or Freedom). They also seemed to get a bit gurgly, but could be blown out and the view through the tube was clear (I always give them a visual after a few days). The flavor was still dull so I replaced them with a new one.

I've run hot water through the used 5 day cartos (with the Cartomizerfillinator syringe that Vapian sent me) and then ran some PGA through it (to help displace the water), blew them out and then did a spin in a sock (Taryn spin? which works great to remove liquid) and they've sat for a few days. I haven't tried using them again yet. These 2 are the first that I've cleaned (the other 3 I've used were burned, 2 that came with the tank and one from CCV that I cut and I screwed up by not prefilling it well and hit it with too high of voltage).

I'm hoping I get a bit more use out of the 2 I've cleaned...just getting a full 7 or 10 days use out of each carto even would be nice at this point.

Please post how cleaning it works out for you .. I only get 2 days out of mine and have been thinking about cleaning and reusing them.

Will do Stash. I'm pretty new to using them (but not attys) so I suppose some learning curve is involved here. Maybe I can't huff them like I do an atty. Dunno yet... I was getting at least 6 weeks out of an atomizer, most of the time 2 months or more. My liquid is pretty clear/clean (and I only use it, no mixing of other stuff, no dark liquids) so I would expect I'd get good life out of a carto submerged in liquid all the time.

I used atty's only, for the past 6-7 months but did use cartos before that. One atty can last me for weeks, however I do need to clean it out every single night because it gets gunked up with my delicious (but dark & sugary) juice. I'm out of town right now, in San Juan .. leaving on a 2 week cruise tomorrow. I brought tons of slotted cartos with me, but still I will get nervous that I'll run out and have to go back to using atty's. I brought 3 Liquinators and 2 J-tanks with me, although I did bring a bunch of atty's with me too, just "in case". But ever since getting the tanks I just dont love atty's anymore, so if I could clean out the cartos as they get gunked up would be a good thing.

Cartos are Definetly hit or miss... I have gotten several months out of atties too, I miss that... Nothing like a fresh drip on an atty... However, I hate the whole dripping thing I'm soooo over it.... And I am not the box mod type, so that's out of the question. For now, I'm all about the tanks. Gotta take the good with the bad! Now if we could just get these in atty form hehe.
