wow, thats something new to me but then again i dont keep up with these things. i just finished 2 tanks of 2 different cinnamon juices, just ordered a new banana flavor and thats gonna go in the tank too because now that ive gotten the hang of this thing its the only way i vape. so i guess ill test that theory out.. so far no cracks. vaporescence sells the clear tube part for $5 so i dont see it as an issue.

It's funny you brought that up, regarding cinnamon... I use Lorann cinnamon oil in my main all day DIY juice. First I mix it 1 part oil and 1.5 part PGA in a designated bottle. Then I add between 6-8% of this mixture to my juice. I have had my SS Liquinator for exactly two months and it's been filled with this juice the whole time since the day I received it. And I don't see any signs of potential tube cracking yet. I do wonder if there is more to this theory...

Did anyone ever figure out what size the o rings are on the Liquinator? Can they be bought at a hardware store?

To seal the end caps to the polycarbonate tubing:

BrassCraft 0576 o-rings
7/16"I.D. (9/16"O.D.) x 1/16"Wall

To seal the cartos inside the end caps:

1.5 x 9 mm (will be a tight fit)

Vaporologist .. thanks for the resurrector advice. I did what you said .. punched just one smaller-than-usual hole instead of the 2-holes that I did on the first one. Happy to say this 2nd resurrector is working great, no flooding this time, no burnt taste .. it vapes perfect.

Awesome! So happy to know that worked out for you.

I think one thing we've all learned is that different types of cartos require a different preparation method in order to work properly in a tank due to different types and densities of fillers they have. And there are slight variations even with the same type of a carto due to inconsistencies in the the way they are built. My first Resurrector performed beautifully with a very tiny hole for 8 days on a 3.7V mod before I decided to retire it. I prepped the second one with the same size hole but it didn't seem to wick quite as well as the first one, it appeared to have a little more filler than the first one. So I decided to pull it out partially and enlarge the hole slightly. And now it's working as great as the first one.

If the whole is punched too big and is allowing too much juice into a carto too quickly while taking a drag, flooding is inevitable and there is no going back. The only advice I have for anyone starting to use tanks and using the punch method is to start out with the smallest hole possible at first since it's pretty simple to enlarge the hole if necessary.

I ordered a bunch of Resurrectors as well as LR's...... The Resurrectors seem to be a very tight draw.. VERY TIGHT DRAW! Maybe it's because I put two slits in the carto as I do with my LR's... Now after reading this earlier post maybe the filler is filling to fast and expanding the hole not allowing air flow! I am not getting leaks just a tight draw like sucking an extra frozen milk shake through a straw !!
I will try 1 slit on the next one!!!

I haven't experience that problem. It could possibly be your adapter. Which PV are you using?

Well I ordered one, receive it, Thought it was nice, I put it on my dilver Bullet filled with juice, WOW,,, BURNT taste right away, so I let it set, still BURNT taste, so then I primed the carto that came with it, still burnt taste and spitting this time, so, I changed out the carto with another that I ordered, still the same thing,, Burnt, and spitting. So I call Dennison Tx, and ask. whats wrong,, they told me it was the carto, and would ship me two more, and that would fix the problem. I asked what would be the difference, he said the they come with a duel carto, and it works better with a single. so, now I wait till there stock comes in so they can ship me my new carto's. other wise I hate it,, My ce2 carto's I like in my Mod tank. more when I can fire it up again.

Lawn, it's usually a 9mm x 12mm for the Atty/Carto hole in many cases, I'm not familiar with the liquidnator though, dont have one.
