Inner O Ring Size

Went through the thread with the search function and all I could find was the end cap size for the o rings, but had no luck finding the size for the inner oring which fits against the carto and gives the most problems since it gets cut by the slot with repeated use and filling.

I have had no problems with leaking with my 3 Liquinators over two months of use, but one of them just started to leak.

A temporary fix was to flip the Liquinator, but that one is showing signs to leaking as well.

I could order from Texas, but the postage for such a small item is more than the item which can be found locally.

Thanks

Anyone ever find the answer to this question? I had a set of the top and bottom that needed new inner o-rings and gave them to a friend. Vaperessance told her they no longer sold that size o-ring, so now she is stuck with a tank that she can't use and I'd like to get these o-rings for her if possible. Thanks in advance to anyone that may be able to help!!

OK Folks it's been awhile since I've commented on these tanks. I was one of the first to get them when they came out in August. I have the same 3 I started with and all 3 have the same original components, nothing has been replaced. All 3 still work perfect, I've been using the same Ressurectors bundle I bought from August & I still have 8 left. On average these cartos are lasting me about 2wks but I rotate at least 2 of my tanks regularly. With that said , this tank is part of my every day vape. I no longer drip. I can't even think about using anything else but my tanks , with low resistance cartos & my cotton candy & mango juice, on my silver bullet and Omega 3.7v devices. The only thing I can think of that would make it better would probably be a Provari , but since I'm disabled on a fixed income & there's no way I can afford one. This is my Happy Vape!

Hey Chief !
Good to see your still holding up the fort with the Liquinators . I've been out of commission lately but back to see the tanks are still going strong. Mine are still good as new & working great with the Ressurectors I suggested to you awhile back. Are yours still holding up ? And did you ever get them to last 2 weeks ? Mine are still lasting that long sometimes longer. I still have 9 left from a bundle bought the end of July. Anything new on the market I should be looking at ? Ah Well ... Good Job getting the Liquinator Newbies on track .

A little followup on the o rings the For the inside of the cap the order number 9262K126 will not work for the inside of older liquinators. Just found out today too I have tried lookin around for the rite ones but no success. the ones that u would need are 9mm ID and 11.5mm OD or width 1.2mm and inside diameter 9 mm. The 9262K126 will work for newer liquinators the inner grooves are not deep enough on older liquinators.

Vaporologist .. thanks for the resurrector advice. I did what you said .. punched just one smaller-than-usual hole instead of the 2-holes that I did on the first one. Happy to say this 2nd resurrector is working great, no flooding this time, no burnt taste .. it vapes perfect.

I've been using my Liquinator with the Resurrectors since I purchased this tank . I use my Dremel to place one small slot on it. I have had some ressurectors last me as long as 3 weeks. I do pre-fill them before I it in though . I've had my tanks since August & bought the Resurrectors at the same time . I still have 9 cartos left not including the 3 cartos that are still working in my 3 tanks

Hello all!

Just tried my 3ml 808 Liquinator for the first time last night and I am NOT impressed at all. It vapes weak and lets a lot more air through. I'm going to assume that it's at the top and not the bottom as it didn't leak while sitting upright overnight. The atty felt tight when I first pulled it back for filling, but after that, was loose and "sloppy" and leaked air. I'll accredit the slop to lubing the o-rings with juice, but the air is enough to make me forego it's use at all....

$25.00 down the hole?

Fish

P.S. - called and got some ideas from Greg at Vaporescence, hope it works........

Update 11/8/11 18:34

NOT happening. This thing is sucking air from somewhere. Is the atty to be in contact with the upper and lower o-rings? If so, that's not happening either. With the bottom of the atty protruding out the bottom of the tank about 1 mm (IF that), the top of the atty is NOT in contact with the upper o-ring and barely in contact with the top of the tank. The drip tip has to be in place for a seal with the upper 0-ring. Is this normal? On a hunch, I tried the drip tip on my carto directly with the silicon button pulled out and the dang thing sucks twice the air! I guess I should assume that that's the problem. Either way this SUCKS!!! I'm getting tired of constantly having to "jack" things around to get them to work!! Either way I'll jury rig it myself cuz I don't feel like dealing with the BS of getting them to replace it. That or I'll just chuck the eff'ing thing in the garbage. BTW one of the spare attys they sent has a defective thread-base and just spins when you try to put the battery on. MORE problems!!

My time is too precious for this crap!! Guess I'll go smoke an analog or 10!!! :(

Maybe this would help? Just take the sticker off and punch a hole.

KR808D-1 JUMBOCARTOMIZERS

Awesome! Yep, need some of those!!!!! Thx!! Adding a couple extra o-rings on the carto, above and below the tank, will hold it in place and keep it from sliding around so much.

Fish what kind of 808 cartomizers are you using? The ones that came with it?

I'm using the 510 and have never tried the liquinator with an 808. Yet.

Try using a longer 808. That may help out.

It came with the pre-modified boge and I bought 2 extra, all of which were defective. One wouldn't fire at all, one was weak and "airy", and one had a defective thread base which spun while trying to attach the battery. The tank itself is ok though. I modded one of the Volt stock cartos and it's doing ok.

Couple things I've noticed also that can cut down on the slide factor. 1) try different drip tips. Some drip tips have a larger "flair" at the bottom which can help a lot. 2) when you punch a hole instead of dremelling (for me at least) it distorts the carto just a bit to restrict a decent amount of tank movement.

What kind of PV are you using fish. 3.7 or VV mod.

Using a stock Smokeless Image Volt KR808D1. The drip-tip sucks air on some cartos and needs a slightly larger o-ring to compensate for the variances in the inner diameter of the carto barrel. Rather it be slightly tight than sucking air. No big deal though.

Hey Folks:) Been away from this thread for a while, enjoying the hell out of my Provari/Liquinator 5ml. Just wondering if I can use the smoketech 510 Dual Coil MEGA Cartomizers with my tank? Are these the same size as the boge dual coil megas?? Thanks!

Those are what I use in my 5ml Liquinator and they are the same diameter as the Boges, just longer. As long as the size says mega or XL and are 9mm by 45mm long, they will work.

We use these cartomizers in a tank. When used in a tank, their is no reason or need to keep dropping liquid in the carto. This tank system is like vaping a new cartomizer all day without refilling.
i have a ? guys...do ur cartos stay wet?..or do u have to constantly add a couple drops on the top..i do not see my carto staying completely moist i always have to add some drops..i'm using a valve thing to punch the holes in my cartos.
