304 is on the threshold of TC capable wire. It will work though AFAIK

I would keep looking for a SS430 supplier, I'm unsure if Unkamen ships internationally.
I'll hang for some 430 then, thanks for the info

& join TheothersteveS with the long wait from Germany and try some Nifethal52/NiFe48 around Xmas time

Unless Zivipf is discriminating against Europeans the wait should not be long.

I placed my order for NiFi 48 on 09/25, with dispatch on 09/30. It has been here (US) for a week. That is, roughly, two weeks from order to delivery.

I had a recent order from Zivipf go missing. It turned up at my home address instead of my usual delivery address after about three weeks. Can't believe german mail is so slow to the UK.
Believe it. German mail is ridiculously bad. Completely hamstrung by industrial action over the last few years...

ps. you know I just paid extra for a DHL delivery from Greek Mods in DE. It took 7 days to get here. It woiuld have been just as 'fast' for free with Deutsches Post - indeed they are the same thing. Pointless paying the extra as we have both, sadly, proven. You live, you learn...sometimes...lol!

it realloy depends on who they send it with. I got my Tilemahos ( think) from Greece by UPS in around 16 hours door-to-door. Similarly from Bulgaria recently, also UPS...On the other hand, bought something from Le Petit Vapoteur in France and it was obsolete by the time it arrived. They could have lobbed it out the window and it would have gotten here quicker..i reckon pigeons are the answer...or tortoises...anything must be faster than some of the mail options...

Yeah true mate

SXK email me a DHL tracking number and before it even works , there's a knock at the door and its here

Usually with 48hrs of getting the email

That's as long as I am quick enough to pay their admin fee

You`re right: Deutsche Post sucks
It started with the strike and after that nothing is as it has been before. Registered shipments from China will not be scanned anymore, no tracking, you don`t have to sign for shipments very often. They do what they want to do. DHL is No1 in the world, but only because they don`t have to pay taxes in Germany - don`t know about other countries. They have this 19% advantage, work with sub companies to pay lower wages and do a bad job. I`m neigther proud nor happy with them.

But Zivipf does a quite good job. I ordered my NiFe52 wires and 36 hours I got it ( Deutsche Post ;) ). It´s the most flexible wire imho. I can use it for all kind of atomizers, even static restistance or smaller chambers are welcome. It´s easy to build and doesn`t get so fast dirty like Titanium. I had 304 SS in a couple of atties on my SXKs, but now I see no reason to use SS or the SXKs. NiFe52 works on all of my Ni200 optimized boxes as good as on the SXK, or Ni200 on other boxes. I still use Ni200 in large atomizers ( Flash e Vapor, Big German, Horizon ) but maybe I will exchange to NiFe52 too.

Sorry, I started the discussion about SS in the beginning of this thread, but for me SS is past on tc mods. On mech. mods it`s always an option, although the coil cools down very slow ( liquid sucker )

Unkamen ships internationally so I think it is the best choice for SS430.

In the meantime I have managed to order some SS410. Based on its parameters it seems to be the best SS alloy for TC (TCR: 0.00156).
I will write a review as soon as it arrives.

36 hours is pretty good but then you are just 'down the road' so-to-speak!

Looking forward to trying out the 48/52 as it arrived this morning!! Inevitable after my ranting about delivery times on ECF last night!!!

I didn't use anything else since my NiFe48 arrived and I'm not gonna...

Pretty happy with it but I think that it works best on DNA200 rather than my other mods although I made the equivalent changes right.

To sum up I guess I'm gonna need a second DNA200 device to be able to fully enjoy my 2 main atties.

I hate getting a better vape from a device with same atty and setup. At least I found my preferred wire. It was about time with all the money wasted on wires...

How is NiFe30 to work with and use. Is it better or worse then Ti

Opinion:

You must mean NiFe52/48. With the latter NiFe30 & 70 are not in the picture, unless you have a reason not to be objective.

FAR BETTER than Titanium not only because of the elimination of risk from TiO2.

But also, gives more accurate TC/TL than Ni200.

And, the taste is neutral.
