As Tony said, yes. Because Ti has lower resistance change/given temp change than Ni you allways have to set your Ni calibrated temperature limit lower to get the actual (and lower than Ni) resistance change you need.Now that I have Ti wire, I want to make sure I'm getting this straight...
IF I set my DNA40 at 329, the actual temp of the coil should be in the 414 range. Is this correct?
In other word: the resistance change of Ni between 70-329F is roughly equal to the resistance change of Ti between 70-414F.
