Don't buy fluffy Capellas chocolate fudge brownie. It is horrid.
I was thinking about adding some Catalan Cream and see if gets the Cocoa to pop.
I'm getting old. I take it that Cream Cheese Icing and Chocolate Fudge Brownie was a flop.
No it was carrot cake with icing. I am still perfecting it. SIL liked the sample I sent but it tasted like pure icing........
I know , but I thought you were also looking for Devils Food Cake to go with the Cream Cheese Icing.

For all ya'll that recommended the Red Cola from Hangsen.... Is there a steep time for this? I just mixed it at 5% with some Gourmet Rum flavor from VZ and it tastes pretty weak. If so, how long to steep? PLeassssssssse and thank you
I would give it at least a few days the more flavors the longer the steep.
I figured but I'm impatient... and I just don't want to have false hope that it gets better with steeping because some flavors don't. Right now, it's not bad though... Tastes like the cola flavored Bottle Caps (candy)
Yes you are right...I have half timers or something. I was going to try to come up with a red velvet cake recipe. It will not be chocolate fudge. I do have hot cocoa I might try
Sounds like another Hot Cocoa with a touch of Catalan Cream adventure.
It might do the trick as well. I told SIL I never tried red velvet cake...gasp. How in the world could I create something I never tasted. I don't plan on it as well. So I don't/won't create that flavor for her. The carrot cake is enough. However, I do have a full bottle of Catalan cream.....I like to mix it in coffee flavors.
I've tried Red Velvet Cake (food) you're not missing anything (IMO).
My Catalan Cream bottle is a little lower now. I really want the Cocoa to pop so I just used Catalan Cream and Cocoa in this batch.
