Mine is 3-4 times as dark - definitely expired liquid from vaping Zone. I have Contacted their customer service about the problem and received a canned non-response about no warranty on DIY. Serves me right for buying from VZ without first consulting with you

Thank you, that helps. Mine is brown indicating expired liquid .... and explains the lack of flavor. No more orders from VZ, especially since they are refusing to issue a credit.
No pungent earthiness in mine - further proof that their liquid has expired. Thanks for saving me some wasted time. I could have been waiting and waiting for the liquid to steep and develop flavor.
You're welcome Exchaner. I've done the waiting game many times before, with bad results. I've learned, if a flavor doesn't taste good right off the bat. It's not going to get any better. A good mix will taste good at first, then get even better with age.
I ordered about 150 bucks from vaping zone a few days ago is this Ossie isolated or is there always a bad quality Hansen flavors from them?

That explains my last hangsen T5 order from VZ tasting off. It's dark brown. No more orders from VZ for me. There crap service will loose plenty of customers including me.
I've bought vaping zone's super concentrated line and I'm really happy and impressed by those that's why I got the hangsen from them

I just received the Hangsen Plum it smells yummy!
The Hangsen English Toffee smells very different than the Hangsen Toffee. The English Toffee smells great and I detect Nuts, this one I can't wait to taste.

I just pulled a month old test bottle of 7% ry1 off my shelf and tried it today. I tried it when it was young and it wasn't good (i didn't expect it to either). I'm a little shocked at how good it is alone after a good rest but it's just a tad harsh. I mix mostly 50/50 at 12mg.
I have some tfa smooth but I have yet to use it. I'm thinking the ry1 would benefit but I'm not really sure exactly what smooth accomplishes. Any insight would be appreciated.

Same here on the smooth. I have an unused bottle that I'm not sure what do do with. Smells good though.
@ohio. You asked about the Juicy Peach shisha flavor. OMG it is like a ripe peach. The aroma is spot on. I am definitely going to buy some Juicy peach flavoring now...I know Hangsen has this flavor down. I bought the premix for Catapillar vapes. It is in a green bottle and states Smart e-liquid. It only states it is a juicy peach on the label. So far I taste a delicious ripe peach flavor. If any tobacco notes are in this liquid they are hiding.
I am vaping this on a phoenix xl rba@ 6watts.

You made me do it, I'm finally going to start making my first DIY liquid, all this talk about the hangsen flavors, and juicy tasting DIY liquids, you all got me going now...
I was actually going to order PURE nicotine from a big e-cig vendor in China because the shipping was so very expensive and it doesn't weigh as much as premixed bases, but luckily I found cig-eliquid.co.uk thanks to you guys on this forum.. ofcourse it's much less dangerous to have the 5.2% base in the house with kids present. (not that 5.2% is safe)
So I ordered from cig-eliquid.co.uk since i'm from Holland and there should also be no problems at customs for this and fast shipping time.
250ml DIY MIXING VG liquid -> Too bad there's 10% water in this!!
250ml DIY MIXING PG liquid
100ml Unflavoured VG eliquid DIY base 52mg 5.2%
10ml Dropper bottles x 5
20ml Hangsen RY4 Flavour Concentrate,Essence
20ml Hangsen Gold & Silver
Syringe with 18g blunt needle 10ml Clear
Pipette 3ml x 5
I wanted to buy some fruit flavors as well but this was all my budget allowed for to start with..
First I want to create a mild-smooth-tobacco & sweet-honey & hint-of-vanilla flavor, kind of a really sweet RY (RY10?) with a nice mild ROUND non-ashy non-spicy tobacco base.. something like Tribeca from Halo but almost twice as strong in flavor.. i'd have to find the right tobacco for that.. and the right honey or caramel.. and maybe a sweetener if necessary.. hope gold and silver tobacco is smooth enough for it..
If that fails.. I got the plain RY4 until I get some money to try other flavours..
Meanwhile i'll keep and eye on all you b*st*rds because I'm gonna have to play catch up and suck everyone dry of every bit of knowledge and experience they have on making superb vapes
