I initially liked Indian best from the trio I first got but I tested it on silica. When I mixed a larger batch it was just a bit too sweet on a ss wick and I found it clogged quicker then the clearest e-juice on the planet--RY-1, so I stuck w/ it. It's not bad though and as a previous poster said, these tobaccos are the best out there(imho).
Yeah, I'm still dialing them in. I know taste is subjective but everybody saying 3% almost makes me think I got a diluted version or something. I did 3% to start and I couldn't smell or taste the flavor even after a hot water ultrasonic steep of about three hours and then caps off overnight. I had to bump it up to 5% to get anything and around 7-8% to make it enjoyable.
Where do y'all get y'all's flavoring from? Is it possibly just my still recovering taste buds? I'm only at about 2 1/2 months smoke free.

When I mix RY-1 @ one drop per/ml it doesn't have much of a smell until about 7-8 days later, then it pops. I think most people are not steeping these long enough.
Don't think it's your hangsen flavoring. Being an ex-smoker myself it seems recent ex-smokers require more flavor then the non-smokers. SO don't worry about it. 7% is about right.
Exactly Turbo. I've worked with Hangsen flavors for a long time. Steeping is key. At 5- 7% I've found the tobaccos to be very bland and flat. We're all different though.
Alright, we'll I have been taking detailed notes on all my mixes so I should have the answers I'm looking for by Thursday. Are y'all mixing all the Hangsen tobaccos in the 3% range?
I normally mix the tobaccos at around 3 %, and some may need 4 %.
This is my first week with the hangsen tobacco flavors. All the other tobaccos I have used either smell gross or really strong when I first mix them and then settle down. So, that's why I was thinking I must not have added enough, but with these I guess it's the other way around? They start subtle and then get serious?
Yeah, I've steeped 7% for months, but tasted flat compared how I mix them now. That's just me though.
No additives for me sir. I did try some bitter wizard last week in my Hangsen Pipe. It killed some of the high notes.
80/20 PG VG 18 mg for my VV vaping. 50/50 6 mg for my sub ohm mech vaping.
Well, I prefer my VG % to be around 60-70. Do you think that I would need to up the flavor to compensate for that?
Decided to swing for the fences with T5. This is an experiment only. No idea how it may turn out.

kettle corn 0.1ml
brown sugar 0.1ml

equals 14% flavoring plus drops. after some shaking its got that nice bright 555 yellow color. i'll put it in the USC for a few cycles then shake it everyday for a week.

so at what percents are you mixing now and what are the differences you're seeing?
mixing can be a strange bird. I will post how it comes out. what sounds good on paper doesn't always work out.

For me with TAB-Blended, RY1, RY3, RY4 and RED-USA "essence" from ECX I go with 5% flavoring.
