Assuming 'super robust' means strong, I haven't found any Hangsen to fit that description. Perhaps at higher concentrations than the 6% I use; I'll try that myself sometime soon. I suspect that instead of getting stronger they'll hit flavor-overload. The strongest tobaccos I've found are: VZ September Wolves, VZ Black Cigar, ECX/TE Baisha and FA Black Fire. FA Oakwood is an additive you can use which adds body/depth.

I used to smoke maduro cigars and I also like my tobacco strong.

You are correct about the desert ship and the molecule your speaking of that gives the grassey note is:
Methylbutyraldehyde 1% solution
taste description: Musty and rummy, with nutty and cereal notes - caramel and fruity undernotes

This is a common molecule in these types of tobaccos and does take a bit to get used to. Most flavor venders over use it but I find in desert ship uses it correctly. It's a flavor I've come to enjoy as one of my standards. It's used to give a mix a musty grassy note.

I didn't see this coming but I let that sample batch of Desert Ship steep another week. Drum Roll please and would you believe I vaped it all day yesterday!?! Now it has a musty scent/taste that I LOVE! I knew there was something about 'Desert Ship' that was mean't for me. While I prefer tobaccos at 7-9% as member dannyv45 suggested a while back, this is the only flavor I'm liking and finding perfect at 3-4% which is a first for me. But what a good vape!

I call it Musty Magic Desert Ship now. That's Musty M'De'Lish Magic Desert Ship On A Happy Sailing Day flavor.

10ml (50/50 - 24% Nic)
3-4% Desert Ship
2% Acetyl Pyrazine
1 drop vape Wizard

After enjoying all day I made another 10 ml to steep for next week. I look forward to ordering Hangsen's Desert Ship no matter what their flavor version tastes like. I know I'll enjoy it. An interesting experience so far. This is good Mustiness!

The Hangsen Arabic remains one of my fav tobacco's and made another 20 ml batch to steep. Great stuff I'm rotating with my fave Virginia Fire Cured and 555.

Mine hasn't come yet. :(

I thought you going to mix that Green Orange. So what does the Italian Cream taste like?
I've mixed them all. I just wanted to taste a flavor immediately. I need to steep the others for 24 hrs. But, I'll build a coil for the Green Orange tonight. The Italian Cream is very strong. Out of the bottle it smells like feet. Tastes like a heavy cream. Fantastic flavor, which will be perfect for mixing.

I'm sorry the flavors haven't arrived for you :(

I'm from UK and used to smoke B&H or Sovereign.. I'm about to order some Hangsen (original range) and really want to know the closest flavour to a real UK cigarette or US Marlboro. I don't mind a bit of sweet/sour/nutty but really want the base to be tobacco and realistic.

I'm thinking USA Mix, Tobacco, Highway, Gold&Silver, or British - What do you think? :)

Thanks

On a side note I've just tried JoyeTech RY4 and it's just caramel flavour. Sort of put me of the RY's as there's no tobacco taste present at all.

How much of this 111 page thread is devoted to tobacco flavors? I hate tobacco flavors.
Tell me now before I waste my whole evening looking for answers that aren't here.

Very little of the 111 pages cover tobacco. I happen to be one of maybe three members who've discussed tobacco flavors in this thread. Hangsen happens to love tobacco flavors so much they offer over 75 tobacco flavor varieties among other non-tobacco flavored juices.

I've vaped them all except for the Gold and Silver. I would say USA mix is your best bet. Tobacco is light. Highway is nutty as hell. British is interesting. Chocolaty, malty, with a hint of beef. It's more of a dessert vape imo

Thanks bro,

I'm going to order the USA Mix, then I'll try the Premium Delight and RY6 as I've heard they're close to a real cigarette taste.

My goal is to find a good tobacco flavour base and then start adding sweet/sour or savoury flavours to it depending on my mood.

Just read the thread. Very little covers tobacco.
