Quick question for you guys: I am putting together a cart at RTS and I want to try all the 555 variants that Hangsen offers, including T5. The problem is that RTS does not carry T5, but they do have a flavor called #5. Is that the same as T5? Thanks in advance.

Well, since the Hangsen website does not list a "T5" flavor, I am guessing that it stands for tobacco #5, so T5 and #5 might very well be the same thing. I shall find out soon enough.

I have this one and love it with about 1% ethyl maltol and nothing else. Always keep a 30 ml bottle of it on hand. . .

Check out the spread sheet of 2013 flavors I posted a while back and it list No. 5 as a "white 555" whatever that means. They don't list T5 on that list so it probably got renamed. They seem to do a lot of renaming. RY5 and RY6 are getting renamed HS silver and HS golden.

No; it is under the premium flavors on Hangen's site. They are renaming RY5 "HS silver" and RY6 "HS golden, not the same as. golden tree, or golden VI. at least that is what i was told.

They also have an article on there website about the new production facility being built in the UK. Not sure if it will be easier to get all their flavors from the UK instead of China. Should be faster anyways but isn't there a UK tax? Who knows maybe RTS will have more flavors in stock all the time.

I don't think the golden VI is a RY blend. Their Highway is a 555 type even more so than T5. Also, you might want to try their Pipe tobacco. It's outstanding. The problem you're running into, along with others, is ECX calls them one thing and RTS another. I like RTS over ECX because it comes in glass. The draw back with RTS is they only sell Hangsen tobaccos where ECX has more variety. Good luck

If you don't find the right 555, I make my own with the recipe below and mix with with Hangsen Arabic. I keep one tank with 100% Hangsen Arabic and another with about 95% Hangsen Arabic and top off EVOD tank with 555. Adjust the 555 flavoring below but I'm currently at 9% mixed with the rest of listed recipe ingredients.


Oh My God, Yet Another 555 recipe:


7 to 9% 555
1% Tobacco Absolute
3% Peanut Butter
4% Caramel
1% Vape Wizard
3 % Acetyl Pyrazine

Got some nic base in today and made a future batch of HANGSEN Arabic and Desert Ship in 30 ml bottles.
Don't they look pretty and purdy? They sure do!

Mixing the Arabic at 9.5% - AP at 2% - Vape Wizard 1.5%
Mixing the Desert Ship at 3.5% - AP at 3% - Vape Wizard 1%

Those percentages after tweakin' a few batches and locking it into my e-juice calculator.



Today I ordered, from RTS Vapes, some Hangsen tobacco flavors I've never tried:

• Indian Tobacco
• TAB Tobacco
• Ancient

Have any of you tried the 'Ancient'? Sounds like a safe tobacco name/description for absolutely everything that's been sitting on shelf too long and nondescript. Anyone calls in to complain about the god awful crappy flavor and they can say "Well, uh....well it's ANCIENT! Whatcha expect?!?" I can only stir my imagination in anticipation of what awaits me with that tobacco flavor. We'll see.

I have the Golden VI. It's sweet and light, pretty much my kind of tobacco like vaping a fresh tobacco smell. I think I've seen the RY6 described as ashy? I haven't tried any premix, doesn't sound like my thing.

Why do they have to change the names like that??? It'll make it pretty confusing since they have Gold&Silver already that I'm really hoping RTS will carry.

No, I didn't. Isn't that a clove cigarette type? I ordered the clove thing from Inawera for my son...whatsitcalled? Old Havana? Once I ordered the clove from AVE and thought my head was going to pop off. #1 son liked it but he used to smoke those clove cigs every now and then.

The Golden VI is more of a ooh ah instead of a mmmm nom if you get what I mean. I guess Jimi would say Candyland. lol

I kind of like those Candy like Tobacco Vapes. I wish I could nail this Maple, Vanilla and RY1 Recipe all the Maples I've tried have been yucky.

I was hoping that Golden VI would kind of taste like the old Yellow cans of Peter Stokkebye Mcclintock brand, for those who use to do the RYO thing. I would like to find a can of that stashed away somewhere. It will be a year at the end of the month since my last analog and would like to celebrate with a can of the yellow Mcclintock tobacco;-)

Gold&Silver is on my list too, as well as the Golden tree/amberleaf. I had Ancient on my wishlist but deleted that for some reason? Deluxe also sounds like a top end tobacco flavor.

The Golden Tree is good too. I thought that was the one that was going to be sweet and honey-ish tobacco so the Golden VI kind of surprised me. The Golden Tree is good but def more tobacco tasting and not so sweet. Still nice, not ashy. I'm kind of curious about Ancient and Rainbow.

I have Rainbow in my cart at RTS as well but I am waiting for eliquid on a few others in my cart that I don't want to duplicate just yet.
Golden virginia Sounds good now, FA's was a bit spicy.

I don't think any of these could be really bad, unless for me a clove, liquorice, or overly spicy taste would kill it. Clove gave me a headache when someone else would smoke it.

OK, I just tested Golden Tree again, it's been sitting at least 2 weeks. It's a lot sweeter now and the tobacco has taken a backseat. I like it. I'm not getting any fruit, I'm getting honey. Weird. You're welcome. I'm trying really hard not to shop but I'm losing. I tested the Tree after cleaning the atty and it wasn't as sweet but still sweet. Close runner up to Golden VI.
