Yea;i am trying not to shop as well with holidays coming up fast. I got Golden Virginia, Rainbow, Indian, and British. Still trying to chase that old yellow can of Mcclintock...:) I think the British maybe close looking back at the beginning of this thread again? I have an idea Indian may be Hangsen's version of FA's shade? I'll will try and describe them as close as I can in a few weeks. As well as the premixed stuff coming. All tobacco's. I had given up on tobacco until I tried Hangsen's flavors. I keep forgetting to order some AP :(

Indian is a nice dry and non-sweet tobacco flavor. The flavor is distinct but I can't really describe it. To me it's a more robust version of highway. That's as good as I can do. I really like it with bourban.

TAB and Magic Mix are on the sweeter/smoother side. Indian, Arabic, and Highway are on the more earthy/pungent side but not ashy in any way. They are all excellent. That is for sure.

Thanks, sounds good. I was just associating the name, Indian blend with Shade tobacco, thinking they would be one in the same. However I didn't expect them to taste anything alike.

I hope some people that do not care for Tobacco flavors read these reviews and try some of these blends of Hangsen. It may change their mind. It certainly has mine.

By the way is that, you like vaping it while having a bourbon, or mixing a bourbon flavor with it :) Not that I give a #$%^. I use to like an Old Granddad ;-)

While having my late evening glass of bourbon. Wild Turkey in Nov...gobble gobble... lol

I agree that people should at the very least try some of these tobaccos. When I started vaping I stuck with sweets and deserts. I got burned out on those after a few months. I have yet to get burned out on any good tobacco flavor. It's kinda like coffee and bourbon. Distinct differences between blends and very hard to grow tired of the flavor.

One thing about Hangsen is they are so well rounded on their own that it makes it so easy to mix. I've been adding AP to highway and indian lately and it makes it addicting. I have to time myself when dripping highway/ap or I get nic'ed out. haha

At first I didn't like the RY1 so much it seem seally shallow and flat, but after 2 weeks steeping at 7% is a really good simple bright tobacco, it's great as a stand alone mix but i guess it will really shine as a mix for some sweets, probably a good vanilla but I can't make my vanillas work on anything yet (loce the idea of vanillas but hate the outcomes so far) I have VZ french vanilla deluxe and VZ vanilla any pointers?

I use it at 7% with 2% hangsen vanilla and 2% EM and it's one of my favorites. You may want to order the hangsen vanilla from VZ because there are reports that the vanilla from ecx taste like butter.

I use the VZ vanilla 2% as a mix. It is not overpowering. Not sure if it would be a good standalone. Maybe take the cap off overnight? I had to do that with VZ coconut. The VZ-vanilla will turn your mix a dark red when it is ready. 5-7 days steep should be plenty. Unless you have a fancy UC device;-)

Take Danny's advice and try some sweetener.

I am going to stick with Hangsen's flavorings for most of my new orders from now on.

I must have dead taste buds, reading you guys at 3-8%. I mix at 20% on the RY4 with a dash of cotton candy but is 70vg/30pg.

Well my mix is never any less than 75%vg. 5% Distilled water, pg, and flavor make up the rest. I made a batch of TAB blend week or so ago at 10% and it was way too strong for me. Have you tried a lower flavor percentage and let it steep?

I did read an article on a Hangsen vendor website, and depending on the density of the base, ( Nicotine X volume X strength i.e mild, medium, strong), you could go as high as 30% flavoring, if I read this correctly? With what I have been mixing so far I have a hard time accepting this. Vg does not make that much of a difference. It usually just means more of a steep time, or I let it sit in the magnetic stirrer for 24-48 hours depending on how many mixes I want to do. Then I steep about a week total. I don't do any heat bath myself because personally I don't like what it does to the nicotine and high vg content; as far as flavor. But that may not affect you if your taste is not good?

Everyone is different...............It is a good thing you do the DIY thing because you would never get any flavor out of premixed eliquid.

I was about to order Hangeng's Rapsberry flavor from EcigExpress but then I saw it was priced lower than other flavors. Has it always been that way or are they trying to clear their shelves. I have already been burned once by Vaping Zone when they sent a very old flavor. It was probably past its expiration date.... Don't want to make the same mistake twice.

Received 3 Hangsen tobacco flavors from RTS Vapes. After sampling 5ml batches, made 20 ml batches of Indian and TAB. The Indian is great with no chemical taste or scent but reminescent of 'American Spirit' natural cigarette brand. Smooth no nonsense dry tobacco flavor with a tiny sweetness which another user didn't get. The TAB was very pleasing with a very distinct Turkish & American flavor as labled! The Turkish side of this TAB reminds me a little of 555 with a dryer mix of American. Will raise the Acetyl Pyrazine to 1% on the TAB next time. Looking forward to these over next couple of weeks steeping time!

The 'Ancient' is good but having trouble detecting tobacco on this one. Not sure if I misread description but I thought it was listed under Tobacco flavors. For me, nearly impossible to describe but reminds me of a very light combination of several tobaccos with a non tobacco sweetness on exhale. The sweetness overides the overall flavor. This I'll keep and use as a standby when not wanting any tobacco but not ordering this again when I can enjoy other magnificent Hangsen tobaccos like the newly tested Indian and TAB.

Mixed the Hangsen Tobacco Essence as follows:

Indian - 9% Indian - 0.7% AP - 1% Vape Wizard
TAB - 7% TAB - 0.7% AP - 1% Vape Wizard
Ancient - 7% Ancient - 0.7% AP - 1% Vape Wizard

Highly recommend the Indian and TAB for the tobacco lovers out there :)

I've never used AP powder. The liquid that I got from TPA is at 5% (in PG). You could try taking the plunger out of a 1ml syringe and pouring .5ml of the powder in, then mixing that with 9.5ml of PG to get a 5% mix. I don't know how much shaking and waiting it will take before it dissolves.

Personally, I like to dilute the 5% stuff even more. I mix that at 10% in PG, so I end up with a .5% AP. Then I can add that to my tobaccos anywhere from 1 to 3 %. I hate working with drops - no room for fine tuning.

Purchased liquid AP & EM a second time from Wizard Labs a while back. Make sure it's in your shopping cart if you do tobaccos!

You must have bought the last bottle of AP, I was going to order some nicotine at the same time to save on shipping..........:) ..........Back in stock!

Let us know how the ancient turns out with more steep time please.

Any one else get hit with the Nasty Cryptovirus? My virus software got it the day before during a scan, but then it locked up all my docs, dwg, excel. I only visit a few vaping websites. Lots of junk mail i dont even open or read........Not like i am a big corp that would pay $300 to unlock a few files.

ok folks. Got's to get me some more RY1! And going to try some T5. Any other suggestions for similar flavors?

Also, the main reason I'm asking again here is I've seen some folks get "bad" Hangsen?? Old maybe??? Is there a consensus on the best place to get HS flavors or is it a crap shoot.

edit: And any coupon codes would be cool too :)

That's a great start. If you like a '555' style, Highway is said to be nuttier than T5. Most of us like getting it from ECX. Some that were getting it from VZ weren't sure.. ECX runs a newsletter which I never seem to get w/ discount codes. You could try 'MTENEC13' which worked for me for 5% off, but that was a while ago.
