This came as a surprise to me but the closest I've come to an analog/RY1 flavor so far is some "unflavored" mix I made last week. I swear my brain was going back and forth between knowing there was no flavoring in it to thinking it was something like "RY1", etc.

Perhaps some of you have tried it, but if not you really should give it a try at least once.

The best part is you don't have to worry about flavor %.

Norman

RY1 is somewhat of a weak flavor, so unless it is mixed it at above 3-4%, the flavor is hardly noticeable, especially when it is not steeped.

In my experience; going above 3-5% with RY1 doesn't add any flavor, only a "sharp/harsh" quality. I should have been more clear; "unflavored" is the closest I've come to "real" cigarette experience.

Thank you kind sir. I have a new batch of nic from WL. Gonna try that ratio. I had tried UF in the past. I had used too much pg.
No problem. I think all vapers should try pure/unflavored at least once to see what they think. If you don't like it you have a nice base to add flavoring to. Another benefit is after you've gone unflavored for awhile your flavored mixes will "pop." HA!

I haven't posted for a while but I'm still simply stuck on HS tobaccos. I've been in the same circle of 5 mixes for weeks now and even stick to one flavor all day at times. I guess I call it "if it ain't broke don't mix new stuff" syndrome.

That's it Bob Chill, it aint' broke and that's why I've purchased a couple of Hangsen concentrates for second time. I'm in a Hangsen mix of 7 flavors that I've mixed and bottled for second time. Never did that with any other flavor or brand since I began 142 days ago. These work for me.

I have some 60 mixing flavors from a couple of popular online vendors and not going back to that. Not one of those 60+ were purchased more than once. And I've never mixed 30ml batches of any flavor until now with Hangsen.

I was initially excited when posted recipes called for that 4, 5, or 6 individual flavors dosed in exact percentages along with AP or EM or VW. Once mixed wait 6-8 weeks and voila. Never had a problem with e-calculator recipes and didn't mind the steeping period. Not one of them came close to Hangsen concentrate flavors. I'm not throwing those dozens of flavors out but haven't opened that little storage box since HS arrived in mailbox. It's a far more focused zone compared to those recipes I tirelessly scoured certain threads for.

Marshmallo does'nt really add a creamieness but it does add a thickness. I can see that working.

I don't know what to call it. "Thickness" works or even "moistness" with a very slight "sweet" note (when done at 1% of your mix) which comes and goes.

It is delicious though. Still; I like these flavors all by themselves (Tab-Blended is my favorite.) I've just been messing around/experimenting and have some AP from my last order but have yet to try it.

Thanks,

Norman

That was my experience as well. When I first mixed it at higher percentages and sampled a little, I thought it was going to work, but I soon realized the sharper quality wasn't what I was after.

As far as unflavored goes, I completely agree that it's worthwhile to vape some mostly all pg and some mostly all vg to get an idea of what you like best. I wound up at 50/50 for my base, and let the flavors determine the final percentages.

Hangsen Gold&Silver taste review-First, I would like to say this review makes me a little depressed, and those who have tried it would probably agree, for the fact that there is not a supply of this flavoring in the USA and this is one of Hangsen’s popular flavors.

After reading your HS Gold & Silver review, I knew I'd like this one and just ordered it from RTSVapes.com out of Huntersville, NC USA. Thanks for that review back in Nov as a new tobacco with any chocolate, cherry, or cream will be a good addition to my Hangsen rotation.

Has anyone reviewed or commented anything on Churchill? Included that one on order too and figuring it might be a cigarish flavor?

Ok been stalking this thread for a while now, thought it was time i gave some input. Been DIY for a while, but got my first Hangsen flavors in couple weeks ago...My experiences so far: Desert ship>>>Mixed this up at 4% 50/50 Let it steep for a week.Fresh cotton in a micro coil in a IGO dripper. No flavor...hummm my 1st thought is what didi I do wrong.Dont panic yet just let it steep more.
Next up was RY3 same set up after week steep. Flavor is week but has a nice dry nutty Flavor.Hard to describe but nice none the less.
2-1/2 weeks steep time... RY3 is nice could use a little something just not figured out what yet
Desert ship: No flavor what so ever.Going to up to at least 6% and see what happens.

Moistness is a good description as well.
