ECX is liquidating their Hangsen products and is not going to re-up on them. Their prices right now on Hangsen 10 mL are $1.99 (for all that I've checked.) A lot is still available for those that are interested.

Yeah, it seems that some people knew about this and gobbled up the stuff that I wanted. I am sure there is still something there for others, just not was I was looking for, unfortunately.
Nope, nobody told me either; so thank you Mr Mann. Tobaccos are mostly gone. Might be a good opportunity to try CO (Cohiba) for any who may be interested; certainly is worthy of $1.99.

Did you know about BuyHangsen going out of business? They have all their prices slashed. You can get 50 mL concentrates from them right now for 7.99 and 10 mL for 1.79. I don't know what's going on with Hangsen! I've been told by a vendor that stocks them that they have high MOQs, so maybe that's it? Maybe it's just not selling well?? But two sites simultaneously no longer selling Hangsen is something odd.
I hope they are not going out of business. It will sure mess up a lot of people and their mixes.
This is merely speculation, and maybe not even good speculation, but maybe just maybe ECX and BuyHangsen were working together? I have no idea, but I seriously doubt Hangsen is going anywhere. It is still curious.
Drew at BCV said his Hangsen re-up should be in toward the end of the month though.
Tested the cut mixes of Pipe and Elder Captain (3%) today, and as I suspected, same weak flavor but at half the strength of the already weak 6% batch.
The only thing I can think of is, these are indeed weak flavors in general and maybe some can taste them better than others?
Also of note, as mentioned above by TaketheRedPill, mine are from * Buyhangsen * and they were damn near expired upon arrival as was the rest of my entire order!
Being nearly two years old probably doesn't help the flavors that much, but they were sealed and the other flavors I mention above are not weak at all like these, so I do suspect the Hangsen mention of Pipe or Elder being strong is just marketing. I've seen several people say the Pipe is weak over the past few years, can't remember many comments on Elder.

Hangsen has an MOQ of 200 bottles any size except for the liters

Maybe it's the MOQ and inconsistency that is becoming a problem. I imagine it's frustrating to re-sellers when people question "their" product when the true weak link very well may be from the OG manufacturer.

Just got my order from BuyHangsen and everything is as it should be. But the bottles do have an expiration date of 12/2015, so they are somewhat old, but not expired. The ones I was familiar with are exactly how I know they should taste.
The Vanilla Extract in my Mothers cabinet was a Alcohol Base.
