Robin I love veggie omelets/scrambles. Spinach, mushrooms, onions, salsa, etc. Just whatever I have in the frig. I do like cheese tho. Eggs are only about 80 calories each and a great protein source.
Ran 3 walked 1.About 42 degrees here with 7mph wind. Not terribly unpleasant. Energy level just wasn't great today like yesterday.![]()
Worked up another sweat. Whew. Strange how it tires you out, yet invigorates at the same time...

That's the ticket! Regular exercise makes your body release endorphins which make you feel good. WTG Robin!
