Good Job GT!!

Thank you for restraining yourselves guys.

Now

For the goal for the day: 4 miles and will get some walking in at the mall today.

Weight: 136.2 :headbang:
Calories budgeted: 1203
Metabolic Rate: 1492

The program is pretty nice, there is a part where you can click on each line item, such as fat, trans fat, cholesterol, vitamin e.... anything that is listed on the nutrition chart. It will tell you if you are over or under and what you have eaten that either caused it to go higher or what you have logged that will give you more of that particular nutrition item. Tells you also if you are on target for the day.

This is a good tracking program and if you don't want to count calories, do not get this  You really count calories!

All of my 36" dress pants have gotten so baggy, I really need to replace them...I truly never thought I'd be wearing 34" waist pants again. I've already given my 40 & 38s to Goodwill. Its gonna be expensive replacing all of these pants.

Thankfully, many of my shirts are still pretty much okay.

I guess these are good problems to have.

Don't bother with pants. Just go in your undies. And if they don't fit, skip those too. Just don't come down here. :)

No kidding. I've gone from 42" to 32" over this last year. It's been pretty tiresome buying new clothes.

I have a lot of clothes that are just waiting for me to get back into them. It's not that I can't fit in them...they just don't fit really well and are uncomfortable.

Speaking of.... I got into a pair of the jeans that I could 'fit' into but gave me that muffin top at the waist. No Muffin Top!

:w00t: I was dancing around the house! :D :D :D :D :D

Thanks Bridget! :)
I think you're right, upping the intensity is the key. Sometimes I feel like I am fighting to keep that intensity up but I know the results are worth that battle. ;)

I'm looking forward to seeing what this program does for maintaining :D
After I hit my goal, I can set another program up to maintain. This one that I've started is a weight loss program.

4 miles: Done
I'm able to hold a modified plank for 40 seconds before I start to get shaky LOL.

Tomorrow I am taking an off day. :)

Thank you Edd :)

Weight this am: 136.0
we'll see what it looks like tomorrow after doing nothing today.

Goal: Planks and lunges, just to do something. :)

OMG. I have such a crush on Kate Beckinsale...in particular, the character from Underworld is a favorite. Fitting, you should sport her sexy avatar, Robin.
