There are only so many possible forms to use to make a cylindrical pipe into a mod. It is inevitable that there will be similarities.
There are also other venders mods that closely resemble your device. That does not mean they copied your device either.

It is entirely out of line and rude to be so brash as to post like this on another venders forum, and If I am not mistaken, not allowed by ECF.

Thats funny you needed to check Ike as over a year ago when you were starting up and looking for a mod to sell (after you fell out with GG) I pointed you to the MAKO thread so you should be pretty well acquainted with the switch already.

The point here has nothing to do with the internals, design protection law covers the externals or aesthetics of a product.

Look Ike I'm not trying to start a flame war either, but you have to admit in your heart of hearts they look pretty similar and TBH I had expected more of you under the circumstances....

Outside of the tapered bottom, the Don's body does look pretty similar to the SD. Do you have Trog's permission for that?

If you put them side by side I can assure you they are very different.... the Don is a twin size PV for a start and the switch/shape/changeable adapters are completely different in design....
