What surprised me from last night's show was how Jason totally cut off all contact with the vape Team as well. I didn't know his lack of communication had grown to that extent.

I know right!? I can't believe he's not even texting with them. That's like the gutter of communication, it's the least he could do. Well that's not entirely true. Not talking to anyone is the least he could do.

No you had it right, texting is the least he could do, not communicating at all would be in fact, doing nothing, which it appears he has taken to doing, er uh, not doing.

Really, tho, isn't email the gutter of communication? I mean, I don't get adverts for supplements that will make certain parts of my body grow a foot over night in my text inbox, I do get occasional pornographic image, but I know those doochebags sending it. Lol.

if you don't maintain your car, its never gonna be safe. I don't care if you drive around in a magic Kevlar bubble made of pink sparkling fairy dust.

my wheel joints are getting pretty loose on my 02 sport trac. but i just passed 90k so its not really a surprise.

No sir. You couldn't pay me to work on a Volvo. That's the equivalent of working on a Peugeot. :D I guess your story speaks to the validity of the claims of Volvo's being one of the safest cars out there. :toast:

but back on topic. i listened to the radio show this stuff is about. man this guy...someone needs to find him right around payday and tell him you all want refunds. Being payday he cant claim hes broke either!

This thing is a vanity item. The people who paid for these can wait if they have to............

................
We're talking about less than 300.00 paid by people who should have known better, did know better, but took a calculated risk on something they really never needed.

maybe I am misunderstanding these statements. no matter what I bought or how much or little I spent I expect to get what I paid for in the time frame given by the seller. 300.00 is not a small amount of money is it? (not to me :))

uh, no jbox doesn't have my money.

Yeah I don't really get that sentiment.

I don't know how many here are familiar with construction, but there is often times a portion of payment made up front. This is normal. But there is almost always language written into the contract that levy's a penalty for every day over the agreed upon finish date.

When you take money up-front, you agree with the buyer that you will finish in the time frame THAT YOU YOURSELF SET FORTH.

So what if its a vanity item, so is a car, get your lazy ... on a bicycle or ride the bus. No, when you need your car worked on, you take it to a mechanic, the mechanic tells you when he will be done. If he doesn't finish on time, he gets less money. At least that's how we do things around here.

I vehemently disagree with both the above statements made by mikejm and this thread has reached the point where I pesonally have nothing positive and/or constructive to offer. Was here just to offer support to some really good members who hopefully get what they are entitled to that being either their mod or a refund.....sincerely hope this all works out for ya'll.......:toast:

I have a 240 DL. It did a 360 and landed on the shoulder like a boat. The wheel went flying in the air about 60 yards and was red hot, causing a grass fire, I had to hop a cattle fence and putout the fire with my fire extinguisher right after the crash.

where any cows hurt??? because they are delicious
