But an ...... would totally deny being an ....... So they'd have to wear signs or something signifying them as the aforementioned .......

Here's a thought that just occurred to me. If I do win my dispute on PayPal and get my money refunded, does that money come out of PayPal's pocket? If so that just makes Jason seem like an even worse person to me. Letting another company come out of pocket because you're an ....... :nah:

That's a really good question. My order on the Jbox website has said "refunded" for weeks now. I'd guess it's an automatic system to a certain degree.

After PayPal where so kind to give me my money back, i went to JboxShop.com, and my order status was changed from "On-hold" to "Refunded". Does this happen automaticly, or did someone change the status manuelly?.

I don't think you need to worry about your Pay Pal accounts being terminated.Jason had a merchants account with Pay Pal and a Pay Pal shopping car on his website. It's up toPay Pal to scrutinize their merchants, not you. I think that efc statement would only apply to classifieds and deals you make with non merchants. You went to a PayPal approved merchant.

Well,if they refunded one, they should refund everybody, even if it's beyond the deadline, because this is a massive scam.

I agree. My point is, first JboxShop dident refund my money, PayPal had to take em. And if the order status was changed manuelly, and he has time to do that, but haven't had the time to at the least respond to his customers email's.

I don't doubt it. But when it hits the fan it shouldn't involve the buyer if it was a Pay Pal merchant.
