I wasn't expecting a resolution to come from the broadcast. But it was nice that Dimitris came on and talked. Shows he's got a pair, and I tip my hat to that. I'm surprised no one has the number for his other business. Call him at work and see what's up.
Well, here's the rub whether we want to hear it or not. If we don't get Jbox's as Jason told us in the recent email we are never going to see our money back. The system is what it is and the only hope is to print out everything from the receipts to screenshots of Jason on Vapeteam to reviews and this thread here on ECF and talk to someone face to face at your bank where you have the credit card and plead that you got caught up in this. Maybe they will help you maybe not. Then go to ic3.gov and file a complaint. Do not stop any of this until you have a Jbox in your hand. As we learned from the Chopperguys issue, he would become very active when the pressure was on, but would disappear when it let up so the key is to turn up the heat and keep it on. Best chance we have.

IMHO, I think it is very obvious this guy has no intention of producing the jbox or returning any money. Maybe I'll be wrong.
The MOV lady got her money back with the help of her lawyer. I know I wouldnt have the money for that, but maybe an option for some to try?

At this point I would totally agree. Jason just bypassed the best platform he had for making this all right IMO....
Someone checked and confirmed that the website is not taking any more orders at this time.

The 2 potential companies I came up with for Jason are:
Great Western Pools & Spas LLC @ 1050 E. University Dr. Mesa, AZ 85210
or
Empire Basements LLC @ 4302 E. Superior Ave. Phoenix, AZ 85040
My money would be on the pool company, given the fact he's in Arizona and the fact that that one came up twice. Do they even need basements in Arizona?

I feel the show was great in setting the table for everyone.

And to let his friend Dimitris swing in the wind for what he did, speaks volumes. Good on Dimitris, Kevin, and Fuss for dealing with this and having some stones.

It seems the pool and spa address is the same as the desert ridge coccrete addy and if you look at google maps neither one is there .
