Nice score at the butcher shop!!

I also got ground chuck 10lbs @2.40lb,a bunch of those giant chicken breasts @ .99lb, 12lbs of the biggest thickest pork steaks ever 1.49lb,about 10lbs of rib tips @ 1.49 lb,and 8 packs of assorted brats for 2.50 a pack :D

I had pizza, I don't think that Papa John's location has subs. :(

Oh I was thinking about another place, but I'm about the same with pizza

I knew once you got here I'd have to share the Brussel sprouts with you. My favorite way is steamed with lots of butter too.

I thinking about steaming some tonight and putting them in white sauce :)

I guess that's the sewage treatment plant at Fenton?
Yup that's it,in that pic it might have about 15 ft. of water around it.It sits on a man made hill with a berm around it ;)

Well you're set on food for a couple weeks anyway!
I'll do that, I'm usually too lazy to make the sauce though. I generally only use real parm at home. That's one of those that once you get used to fresh grated, it's hard to go back to the green can.

All it took for me was finding out they put sawdust in it,but I do keep mine in one of their lg plastic bottles :D
Oh wow, I didn't know that. I haven't had any in years...but grew up on it. Mom always used it when we had spaghetti.
Oh well, sawdust = fiber.

By the way I was looking into my daughters sump pump deal in her new house the other day,did you know they sell them with battery back up nowadays so if the power goes off they still work ?? :)
I did know that, but ours doesn't have one (yet). I don't know why a battery back up like we use at work for the computers wouldn't work for one. I'd forgotten that I was going to check into that.
That would be worth just about every penny spent though!! The piece of mind would be priceless.

Those dang trees keep trying to grow in all the wrong places
    They do don't they!!
I'd copied and emailed that pic to DH, he answered asking if *I* was there, I guess at first glance, he thought I'd taken the picture.
 Oops...nope, should mentioned I swiped it from IDOT's Twitter feed.

This is basically like what we use at work. Not sure what size though.
But I don't know why that wouldn't work. Just plug it into that instead of the outlet.

Before you get one you will need to know how many amps your pump draws pumping water and how long you want it to last so it's sized properly :2c:
