From Montanan fish and game Dept.

In light of the rising frequency of human/grizzly bear confrontations, the Montana Department of Fish and Game is advising hikers, hunters, and fishermen to take extra precautions and be alert for bears while in the field. …We advise that outdoorsmen wear small bells on their clothing so as not to startle bears that aren’t expecting them, and to carry pepper spray with them in case of an encounter….

It is also a good idea to watch out for fresh signs of bear activity. Outdoorsmen should recognize the difference between black bear and grizzly bear droppings. Black bear droppings are smaller and contain lots of berries and fur. Grizzly bear droppings have little bells in it and smell like pepper.

Made it through the day without having to kill anyone, so that's a good thing right? :p

Timing chain was actually broken...he sent me pics of it...he said it shouldn't have happened because it didn't have that many miles on it and couldn't tell if the guy had just gotten an inferior part or if he had just screwed something up when he put it on...either way, it's costing us around $550 to get fixed...not great, but guess it could have been worse.:?:

...no, that news story isn't good...course I think the news of the day, the Comey firing, will overshadow any reporting of it.

Wow, sorry to hear that about the repairs, I guess it can always be worse though. :(

It went really well :) I was alone most of the day though while Jack was doing deliveries so I cut a lot of meat.
Unloaded the meat truck with the forklift, that was nerve racking

I could have been at work much later but Jack took pity and let me leave at 5 ;)

I love working alone!! Course, we DO love our ALONE time.
You'll get more comfortable with that forklift, I would imagine. :)
