Does anyone take or use black cherry juice, as a supplement?
I just bought some for joint pain, (achy fingers and toes sometimes). I also read it helps with sleeping.

I have really been trying, too. I have increased the amount of green leafy vegetables, cutting out the yummy sugary stuff. I still fry and bbq things, but I'll try to slow down on that, too. I do use olive oil rather than corn, I cut down a lot on salt, and don't do any processed foods anymore. I'm thankful I'm not allergic to ibuprofen, but I do need to watch that, too, with some stomach and esophageal issues I've had.I try to watch what I eat, but not always.
I've gotten very sloppy with my diet, and I'm feeling it.
...I'm allergic to ibuprofen, which my Dr. said I should avoid all of the ones that end in "fen", basically all the ones with similar ingredients.
Said it would make pain mgmt. a little more difficult when needed.
So, I'm trying to be proactive...a little anyway.
