Yeah just think how many people are trying to metabolize another fine Monsanto product of some kind today,a person really needs to think outside the box about their food in today's world. One of my personal favorites is DDT on our produce,we import gobs of it nowadays and guess what google says it's still used in lots of the places it comes from
I try not to think about that...it's just infuriating.

If you have a problem..... you can just pm Oliver
Doh, I knew that.
Good Morning Robin!
Are your mosquitoes bad, my nephew across from you on the west says they're miserable right now.

But you sure had fun last year
Lol's, I did.
:rickroll:
....now I'm trying to get our neglected house at the lake back in shape.

Lunchtime flyby~~~~~~~

Does anyone take or use black cherry juice, as a supplement?
I just bought some for joint pain, (achy fingers and toes sometimes). I also read it helps with sleeping.
Just curious if anyone wants to share their experiences. :)

Hi Lori. I just eat what I want and unfortunately, most of it is on that list of no-nos. I just take ibuprofen every day.

I try to watch what I eat, but not always.
I've gotten very sloppy with my diet, and I'm feeling it.
...I'm allergic to ibuprofen, which my Dr. said I should avoid all of the ones that end in "fen", basically all the ones with similar ingredients.
Anything within that "family", he said.
Said it would make pain mgmt. a little more difficult when needed.:nah:
So, I'm trying to be proactive...a little anyway.

I have really been trying, too. I have increased the amount of green leafy vegetables, cutting out the yummy sugary stuff. I still fry and bbq things, but I'll try to slow down on that, too. I do use olive oil rather than corn, I cut down a lot on salt, and don't do any processed foods anymore. I'm thankful I'm not allergic to ibuprofen, but I do need to watch that, too, with some stomach and esophageal issues I've had.

Any small changes help for sure!!
I know better, like I said, have just gotten a little sloppy.
Too much sugar, and chips are my downfall.
So tired of chicken I can barely eat it anymore.

Make sure you're sleeping on your left side.
    I read that somewhere.:2c: (if it's reflux)

My left side? Hadn't heard that one. But I know if I sleep on my right side, I can get hit with acid reflux, so I avoid that.
