I slept in.
I didn't sleep too well the last two hours, but didn't want to get up, and I did at least doze.
Tomorrow a.m. is going to be a bear.
Supposed to only get up to 80 here. Nice weather for sure!!

The exercises take about 15 minutes to do, I have to go through 3 sets 3 times a day. They are range of motion only exercises right now, in 3 weeks I will be able to start doing weights.

Truthfully, they were AWESOME.
If you just don't like fish, or don't like it very much, you'll prob never like them though.
